We are looking for a passionate Product Owner with a vision to catapult our product onto the global stage.

As the Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in championing the product's journey, from conception to worldwide recognition. Key responsibilities include curating the product backlog, shepherding features through the development lifecycle, orchestrating release strategies, and serving as a bridge between technical and non-technical departments.
 

The Product Owner is expected to:

• Participate in product backlog managing. 
• Manage features from the research phase to the release phase.
• Take part in planning releases.
• Handle incoming feature requests, define functionalities, and collaborate with the team for clarifications.
• Evaluate requested functionalities prior to Production release.
• Serve as a connection between technical and non-technical divisions.
• Aid other departments in delivering developed features to customers.
• Manage team priorities and workload.
• Facilitate team planning.
• Assume a leadership role within the development team.

• Coordinate internal resources for timely execution of backlog tasks.

   

Our ideal candidate should correspond to the following required competencies:

• At least 7 years of IT experience.
• Proficiency in web technologies and the development life cycle.
• Background in the Fintech sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency or above.
• Outstanding teamwork capabilities.
• Demonstrated capacity to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced work environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experience in development BaaS solution or CBS or cryptocurrency exchange 
• Knowledges and/or experience in WEB 3.0

Responsibilities
Prepare technical documentation (architecture descriptions, API documentation, user guides, technical requirements).
Analyze and structure information, collaborating with developers and analysts.
Create diagrams, flowcharts, and other visual materials to illustrate technical processes.
Participate in discussions on product development and business process analysis.
Learn the product and gradually transition into a business analyst role.

Requirements
Education or courses in programming, mathematics, or related fields.
Analytical mindset and ability to understand complex technical systems.
Experience in writing code (personal projects, lab work).
Strong writing skills with the ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Product to lead our product ownership team and drive the vision for our products across the payment system. This is a key leadership role in shaping and executing our product strategy on a global scale.

As the Head of Product you will be responsible for overseeing the product ownership function, ensuring alignment with business goals, and delivering world-class products. You will lead a team of Product Owners, guiding them in managing the product lifecycle from ideation to execution. Your leadership will foster collaboration across departments to bring innovative products to market that meet customer needs and exceed expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Product Owners, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for the team in alignment with the company’s objectives.
• Oversee the management of product backlogs, ensuring the team effectively prioritizes features and resolves conflicting priorities.
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership, engineering, and business stakeholders to define product roadmaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
• Guide Product Owners in taking features from research to release, ensuring successful and timely delivery.
• Ensure product requirements and specifications are well defined and understood by all stakeholders.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 10 years of experience in product management or product ownership, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• 3+ years of experience leading and mentoring product owners or product management teams, preferably in a fast-paced and tech-driven environment.
• Strong background in Fintech, with hands-on experience in financial products or services.
• Proficiency in managing and guiding cross-functional teams to deliver complex products.
• Deep understanding of the product development lifecycle, from ideation and research to delivery and optimization.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams without formal authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Upper Intermediate or above).
• Experience in managing product roadmaps, backlog, and prioritization strategies at a strategic level.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with shifting priorities.

Will be a Plus:

• Experience in Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS) solutions, Core Banking Systems (CBS), or cryptocurrency exchanges.
• Knowledge or experience in WEB 3.0 technologies.
• Experience with AI-driven products and how to integrate artificial intelligence into business solutions.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience in scaling Agile across teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 2+ years in a leadership or head-level role.
• Proven track record of defining and executing AI strategies that deliver measurable impact.
• Strong knowledge of machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• Experience with automation and orchestration tools such as n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, Airflow, or similar.
• Hands-on experience building data pipelines and integrating AI models into production environments.
• Excellent understanding of data architecture, MLOps, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to balance technical depth and business objectives.

• Fluent English (B2+ or higher).

• Experience with RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.).
