    GrowthMate is a relationship-first link-building agency that helps ambitious B2B SaaS and service brands outrank their competitors, get discovered in AI search (like ChatGPT and Gemini), and grow faster through powerful backlinks from DR70+ editorial sites.

    We’ve already helped brands like Semrush, SmallPDF, CloudTalk, Modash, Belkins, Inbox Army, Community Phone, and more grow their SEO visibility with thousands of juicy links.

    Now, we’re building out our sales function from the ground up — and looking for our first Sales Development Specialist to help us create repeatable, scalable systems for client acquisition.     🔧 What You’ll Be Doing

    • Set up and run a scalable outbound lead generation system (LinkedIn, email, Upwork, Apollo, Crunchbase, Clutch, etc.)
    • Create and iterate on outreach strategies, scripts, sequences, and messaging
    • Build and manage GrowthMate’s sales CRM, workflows, and reporting systems
    • Reach out to B2B SaaS and service companies in the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia
    • Run cold email and LinkedIn campaigns — from first touch to closing
    • Conduct discovery calls, qualify prospects, and identify pain points
    • Tailor and present GrowthMate’s services to different ICPs
    • Handle objections, build trust, and close deals (or help tee them up for leadership to close)
    • Track and report on pipeline, conversion rates, and campaign performance
    • Stay on top of industry trends and identify opportunities for GrowthMate to stand out

     

    ✅ What We’re Looking For

     

    Experience:

    • 1.5-2+ years in outbound B2B sales or lead generation, ideally in SEO, SaaS, or marketing services
    • Hands-on experience owning or building outbound systems from scratch
    • Deep understanding of cold email and LinkedIn outreach best practices
    • Experience selling intangible services and working with multiple stakeholders
    • Fluent English (C1–C2), both written and spoken

     

    Tools you’ll use (but not limited):

    • Pipedrive, HubSpot (or similar), Apollo, Instantly, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace, Notion, Slack

     

    Traits:

    • Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action
    • Metrics- and outcome-driven
    • Collaborative, coachable, and always iterating
    • Comfortable building systems with minimal oversight
