We are building a team of A-players to join us on the journey to make a positive impact in the B2B business world.
That’s why we’re looking for our newest Audience Specialist to join our team.
This role is part time moving towards full-time.
Role Overview:
The role of an Audience Specialist is to create and manage high-quality audience data sets for our B2B clients to fuel their outbound marketing campaigns and drive lead generation. This role requires a deep understanding of B2B audience databases, data enrichment, and lead generation tools, ensuring our clients receive targeted, verified lead lists that align with their business objectives.
As an Audience Specialist, you will work closely with our internal teams to build and optimize audience data sets, leveraging advanced tools and automations to deliver exceptional results.
No other lead generation tasks are required such as creating content or building campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Build targeted B2B audience data sets using tools such as Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other B2B audience databases.
- Implement data enrichment methods to ensure high-quality, actionable lead lists.
- Verify lead data using robust verification methods to maintain accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain automations using Clay and Make.com to streamline audience-building processes.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and LinkedIn specialists to align audience data with outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize audience data performance to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and new tools to enhance audience-building strategies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation efficiency.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
These are the skills and experiences that would make you a strong candidate for this position:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B audience building, lead generation, or related roles.
- Proven expertise with Apollo, Sales Navigator, and other B2B audience databases.
- You must be able to take a Client's target ICP and take every step necessary to build highly defined lead lists using advanced methods.
- Hands-on experience with Clay for audience data management and building automations.
- Proficiency in Make.com for creating workflow automations.
- Familiarity with data enrichment methods and lead verification techniques.
- Experience with n8n is a plus.
- Strong understanding of B2B lead generation strategies and best practices.
- Experience using project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools or developing AI-driven automations is a plus.

Hours (Flexible)
- Part-time (minimum 20 hours a week) moving towards Full-time, 9am - 5pm AWST or close timezone, Monday through Friday.
