Who We’re Looking For – (No Average Account Managers)
We’re hiring an Account Growth Specialist who can run brands like an owner. You won’t just “manage accounts” — you’ll own them end-to-end.
This role is for someone who understands exactly how to scale a brand on Amazon:
- Building products with clear product-market fit
- Positioning them against competition
- Optimizing every lever — from content to ads to inventory — to maximize potential
We need someone who can:
- Think like a strategic co-founder
- Advise clients at C-level with confidence
- Lead PPC managers top-line (without micromanaging)
- Fight for account health and compliance as if it were their own brand

Your Role
- Full ownership of assigned brands – profit, margin, TACOS, and P&L growth
- Drive organic growth: SEO mastery, CTR/CVR optimization, world-class content creation, A+ and main images
- Oversee PPC strategies in collaboration with PPC managers (SP, SB, SD)
- Ensure flawless inventory planning & stock management
- Launch and expand new products with precision (flat files, compliance, positioning)
- Rigorously safeguard account health — case follow-ups, escalation, problem-solving
- Deliver strategic growth roadmaps and advise clients directly
- Lead and mentor PPC managers + junior team members on execution excellence
What You Bring
3+ years of Amazon account management with proven case studies (must include multi-6/7/8 figure growth examples)
Top 10% skill set in:
- SEO + keyword strategy
- High-CTR & CVR content (listings, A+, images)
- Data-driven product positioning in competitive markets
- Strong tools background: Sellerboard, Helium10, DataDive, Brand Analytics, Excel
- Deep understanding of inventory, pricing, and profitability optimization
- Strategic advisor mindset: entrepreneurial, proactive, decisive
- Excellent English communication skills (client-facing role)
