Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of experience in IT Sales / Business Development / Presale within IT outsourcing (mandatory).
• Strong ability to understand business needs, ask meaningful questions, and think in terms of solutions, not just services.
• Experience participating in discovery calls, presale discussions, or negotiations.
• Basic understanding of software development processes and technical terminology (enough to confidently talk to clients).
• Confidence in client calls and meetings; ability to communicate clearly and think on your feet.

• Strong analytical mindset, curiosity, and the ability to “connect the dots” between business problems and technical solutions.

   

Will be a Plus:

• Experience with data-related projects (web scraping, data platforms, data engineering, analytics).

• Exposure to complex or custom IT solutions rather than simple, boxed services.

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in discovery calls and client meetings, helping uncover real business needs, challenges, and decision criteria.
• Act as a business-oriented sales partner during client conversations - asking the right questions, structuring dialogue, and guiding discussions.
• Work closely with Presale / Delivery / PM teams to translate client needs into clear solution concepts.
• Explain technical ideas in a clear, business-friendly way, involving technical experts when deeper detail is required.
• Support negotiations, clarify scope and value, and help move deals forward through the decision-making process.
• Build trust-based relationships with clients through strong communication and understanding of their context.

Програма призначена для пошуку талановитих молодих спеціалістів, які отримають цінний досвід під наглядом наших експертів та шанс потрапити в команду.

Прийом заявок триває до 12.04.2026 (включно). Після цього всі анкети будуть опрацьовані нашими технічними спеціалістами, і за результатами найкращих відповідей буде сформована група, яка отримає запрошення на перший етап інтернатури (початок стажування заплановано орієнтовно 20.14.2025.
Успішне завершення усіх етапів надає можливість бути запрошеним до компанії, але не гарантує.

Під час стажування учасники працюватимуть над реальним практичним проектом та розробкою адаптивного вебсайту з використанням React та NestJS (проект передбачає створення сторінки авторизації та інтерактивної галереї з можливістю завантаження, перегляду та видалення зображень).
Весь процес проходитиме під менторством досвідченого спеціаліста, який надаватиме зворотний зв’язок, проводитиме семінари та допомагатиме розібрати типові помилки.

Вимоги: 

• Студенти 4-5 курсів університетів за профільними спеціальностями (прикладна математика, інформатика, комп’ютерні науки тощо ) 
• Випускники профільних IT курсів, що вже мають не профільну вищу освіту 
• Успішне завершення опитування анкетою VideoAsk, що включає загальні та технічні питання 
• Базові знання технологій React, Redux Toolkit, React Query, NestJS, TypeORM 
• Початковий практичний досвід створення веб-додатків (навчальні або pet-проєкти, виконані під час курсів чи самостійного навчання).
• Базові знання реляційних баз даних (PostgreSQL)
• Вміння користуватися літературою, пошуковими системами.

Умови: 

• Тривалість 6 тижнів 
• Кращі випускники програми можуть бути запрошені до команди для подальшої співпраці на комерційній основі, та отримати разовий грант у розмірі 10000 UAH на початку співпраці
• В процесі проходження інтернатури використовуються інструменти для фіксації часу витраченого на реалізацію завдань. Навантаження передбачає від кандидата можливість приділяти від 20 годин в рамках календарного тижня
• Обов'язкова присутність на семінарах. Семінари призначаються з пн по пт в проміжку з 9 до 17 відповідно до розрахункової тривалості окремого семінару
• Завдання вважається “зарахованим” за умови, якщо виконано не менше 80% вимог 
• Успішне завершення усіх завдань надає можливість бути запрошеним до компанії, але не гарантує

Ми шукаємо молодого дизайнера на початку його професійного шляху - людину, яка є допитливою, креативною та щиро захоплюється візуальним дизайном. Ця роль для тих, хто вже експериментує з Photoshop або Illustrator, можливо навчався самостійно, створює графіку для себе, досліджує AI-інструменти або просто любить проводити багато часу за дизайном. Для цієї позиції не потрібен багаторічний досвід роботи. Набагато важливіші: візуальний смак, цікавість до дизайну та велике бажання розвиватися.

Кому підійде ця роль: дана позиція може стати гарним стартом для людини, яка

• любить візуальний дизайн та графіку
• любить експериментувати з типографікою, текстурами або ілюстраціями
• можливо малює або робить скетчі
• цікавиться брендингом, мерчем або fashion-графікою
• хоче зрозуміти, як працює дизайн у реальному продуктовому середовищі

Базові навички: комерційний досвід не є обов’язковим, але важливо, щоб ви вже знали основи та могли створювати просту графіку. Базово ми очікуємо знання таких інструментів: Adobe Photoshop та  Adobe Illustrator.

Буде плюсом:

• профільна вища освіта
• англійська від Upper-Intermediate 
• досвід роботи або базове розуміння Figma
• досвід використання AI-інструментів для дизайну
• навички ілюстрації або малювання
• інтерес до типографіки та експерименти зі шрифтами
• базові навички анімації / motion-графіки

Основні задачі:

На початку основний фокус буде на внутрішніх дизайн-задачах, які допоможуть вам отримати практичний досвід та розвинути власний стиль.

Приклади задач:

•  створення дизайнів для мерчу (футболки, худі, принти) для внутрішнього бренду компанії
• допомога маркетинговій команді з банерами та візуальними матеріалами
• експерименти з графікою, типографікою та композицією
• допомога у створенні ідей для логотипів та візуальних концепцій
• дослідження різних стилів візуальної айдентики

Важливо розуміти, що ця позиція створена для початківців.

На старті основний фокус буде на практиці та навчанні та ви працюватимете переважно з внутрішніми проєктами, поступово набираючись досвіду та розвиваючи власний стиль. Компенсація на початку буде помірною, проте ця роль дає можливість отримати реальний досвід роботи в середовищі IT-компанії, отримувати фідбек і підтримку від більш досвідчених дизайнерів та поступово формувати сильне портфоліо. Якщо ви справді захоплюєтесь дизайном і готові вкладати час у навчання та експерименти - ця позиція може стати чудовим першим кроком у вашій кар’єрі.

Наразі ми не шукаємо впевнений досвід -  ми шукаємо великий потенціал та щиру зацікавленість у дизайні.
