Ми шукаємо молодого дизайнера на початку його професійного шляху - людину, яка є допитливою, креативною та щиро захоплюється візуальним дизайном. Ця роль для тих, хто вже експериментує з Photoshop або Illustrator, можливо навчався самостійно, створює графіку для себе, досліджує AI-інструменти або просто любить проводити багато часу за дизайном. Для цієї позиції не потрібен багаторічний досвід роботи. Набагато важливіші: візуальний смак, цікавість до дизайну та велике бажання розвиватися.

Кому підійде ця роль: дана позиція може стати гарним стартом для людини, яка

• любить візуальний дизайн та графіку
• любить експериментувати з типографікою, текстурами або ілюстраціями
• можливо малює або робить скетчі
• цікавиться брендингом, мерчем або fashion-графікою
• хоче зрозуміти, як працює дизайн у реальному продуктовому середовищі

Базові навички: комерційний досвід не є обов’язковим, але важливо, щоб ви вже знали основи та могли створювати просту графіку. Базово ми очікуємо знання таких інструментів: Adobe Photoshop та  Adobe Illustrator.

Буде плюсом:

• профільна вища освіта
• англійська від Upper-Intermediate 
• досвід роботи або базове розуміння Figma
• досвід використання AI-інструментів для дизайну
• навички ілюстрації або малювання
• інтерес до типографіки та експерименти зі шрифтами
• базові навички анімації / motion-графіки

Основні задачі:

На початку основний фокус буде на внутрішніх дизайн-задачах, які допоможуть вам отримати практичний досвід та розвинути власний стиль.

Приклади задач:

•  створення дизайнів для мерчу (футболки, худі, принти) для внутрішнього бренду компанії
• допомога маркетинговій команді з банерами та візуальними матеріалами
• експерименти з графікою, типографікою та композицією
• допомога у створенні ідей для логотипів та візуальних концепцій
• дослідження різних стилів візуальної айдентики

Важливо розуміти, що ця позиція створена для початківців.

На старті основний фокус буде на практиці та навчанні та ви працюватимете переважно з внутрішніми проєктами, поступово набираючись досвіду та розвиваючи власний стиль. Компенсація на початку буде помірною, проте ця роль дає можливість отримати реальний досвід роботи в середовищі IT-компанії, отримувати фідбек і підтримку від більш досвідчених дизайнерів та поступово формувати сильне портфоліо. Якщо ви справді захоплюєтесь дизайном і готові вкладати час у навчання та експерименти - ця позиція може стати чудовим першим кроком у вашій кар’єрі.

Наразі ми не шукаємо впевнений досвід -  ми шукаємо великий потенціал та щиру зацікавленість у дизайні.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of commercial experience in an IT outsourcing company (ideally 2+) in Sales or other client-facing roles (Account Manager, Project Manager, Business Analyst, Customer Success, etc.)
• Experience participating in or conducting client meetings, discovery calls or business discussions
• Good understanding of software development processes and IT outsourcing services
• English level B2+
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to understand clients’ business needs
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and willingness to actively leverage AI in daily work
• Proactive mindset, ownership and willingness to learn

• Motivation to build a long-term career in IT Sales

   

Responsibilities:

• Learn our services, expertise and successful client case studies
• Research prospective clients and prepare for discovery meetings
• Participate in discovery calls together with senior sales managers and technical consultants
• Communicate with international clients and identify their business needs
• Prepare meeting notes and maintain CRM records
• Support the sales process throughout different stages of the client journey
• Continuously develop your sales, communication and consulting skills

• Gradually take ownership of client communication and become a more independent IT Sales Manager
