GRIT LEADERS is an SEO and link building agency working mostly in iGaming. We serve operators and platforms worldwide: guest posts, PBN links, brand protection, technical SEO, content. We're expanding the sales team and adding an SDR to our team — you'll have processes and people to lean on, plus real room to shape how outbound works here.
 

What you'll do

• Build target lists around our ICP: operators, affiliates, media buying teams, agencies
• Run outbound across LinkedIn, email and Telegram — write, follow up, keep the thread alive
• Qualify leads: is there a real need, who decides, is there budget
• Book meetings for our Account Executives and hand over leads with actual context, not a single line
• Keep every lead and interaction logged in Pipedrive — if it's not in the CRM, it doesn't exist
• Research the market: who just entered a new geo, who changed vendors, whose visibility dropped (Ahrefs, LinkedIn, industry media and chats)
• Attend conferences across Europe: fill your calendar before the event, collect contacts, follow up after
   

What we're looking for

• English B1+ — you'll write in it daily and talk to people face to face at events. We test this in the interview
• 6 months to 2 years in lead generation, outbound or sales — industry background is not critical but iGaming is a plus
• You can dig for information and draw a conclusion from it, not just paste it into a spreadsheet
• Proactive: you show up with hypotheses and questions instead of waiting for step-by-step instructions
• Organised: your data, notes and next steps stay in order without someone chasing you
• Valid international passport and readiness to travel to European conferences regularly (2–4 times a year)
   

Nice to have
 Experience in iGaming or in SEO/link building. CRM experience (Pipedrive, HubSpot). Apollo, Sales Navigator, Ahrefs.

GRIT is a specialized SEO and link-building agency serving the iGaming industry. We're looking for a hungry Account Executive who owns the full sales cycle — from identifying the right accounts to signing the contract and handing off to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing

• Owning the full sales cycle: ICP research → prospecting & outreach → discovery → solution design → proposal/SOW → negotiation → close → CS handoff
• Packaging and selling our core service lines: brand protection, link-building packages, and comprehensive Full Cycle SEO solutions.
• Building and maintaining a qualified pipeline; researching target accounts and identifying the right entry points
• Running discovery calls focused on business outcomes.
• Handling objections with substance — knowing the product well enough to iterate the offer on the fly
• Coordinating with delivery teams to make sure scope, timelines, and KPIs are realistic and well-framed
• Keeping CRM clean (Pipedrive), forecasting accurately, and reporting on funnel health weekly
• Driving cross-sell and upsell to grow new revenue
• Opening doors via email, LinkedIn, and at industry events: ICE, iGB, SiGMA, SBC

What We Expect

• 3–5 years in sales; at least 1–2 years in B2B
• 1–2 years in high-risk verticals — iGaming preferred, fintech or crypto also relevant
• Proven in lead generation and deal closing
• Solid working knowledge of the iGaming market — operators, affiliates, key players
• English B2+ — confident in writing and on calls
• Organized, CRM-driven, and genuinely competitive

Nice to Have

• Existing network of decision-makers in iGaming (CMO, Head of SEO, Founders)
• Experience selling SEO or marketing solutions
• Familiarity with outreach tools: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Reply / Lemlist / Instantly, Apollo / Snov / RocketReach
• Comfortable reading SEO data: GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush

Шукаємо спеціаліста, який не просто покращує позиції, а мислить категоріями бізнес-результату: трафіку, конверсій та ROI. Ви самостійно вестимете кілька проєктів, формуватимете SEO-стратегію та тестуватимете власні гіпотези.
 

Ми очікуємо, що ви:

• Маєте від 2 років комерційного досвіду в SEO та від 1 року в ніші iGaming;
• Самостійно ведете SEO-проєкти та відповідаєте за їх результат;
• впевнено працюєте з Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4 та Google Sheets;
• Розумієте сучасні алгоритми Google, AI Overviews, zero-click та принципи технічного SEO;
• Маєте досвід побудови SEO-стратегії, роботи з контентом і лінкбілдингом;
• Володієте базовими знаннями HTML/CSS та WordPress;
• Вмієте аналізувати дані, формувати гіпотези й оцінювати результат через бізнес-показники.
   

Обов'язки

• Самостійно вести 3–5 SEO-проєктів у ніші iGaming та відповідати за їхній результат;
• Формувати SEO-стратегію, визначати пріоритети та впроваджувати рішення, що впливають на органічний трафік, конверсії та ROI;
• Аналізувати конкурентів, пошукові інтенти та зміни в SERP (AI Overviews, zero-click, LLM Search) і адаптувати стратегію просування;
• Проводити технічну, контентну та зовнішню оптимізацію сайтів;
• Аналізувати ефективність за допомогою GSC, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog та інших інструментів, готувати зрозумілі звіти й пропонувати точки росту;
• Планувати та контролювати лінкбілдинг, оцінюючи не кількість посилань, а їхній вплив на результат;
• Використовувати AI-інструменти для оптимізації контенту, автоматизації процесів і прискорення роботи.
   

Буде плюсом

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами (ChatGPT, Claude);
• Досвід у Tier-1 GEO;

• Досвід у crypto / finance / інших конкурентних нішах.
