Key Responsibilities:

- Support and drive UX/UI design processes from concept to delivery.

- Create and maintain Figma design systems, including components.

- Translate business and user requirements into interactive designs.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with front-end development capabilities.

- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality products.

- Communicate design decisions clearly, both verbally and in writing, to team members and stakeholders.

- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements / Skills:

- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, preferably in a strong middle role.

- Advanced Figma skills, including design systems, components.

- Portfolio demonstrating UX/UI design skills and user-centered design solutions.

- English communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Ability to think strategically about product design and user experience.

- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work in a remote team environment.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Translate business and user requirements into interactive designs.

- Ensure designs are technically feasible and align with front-end development capabilities.
