Ми — динамічна група компаній, що спеціалізується на сучасній медицині. Шукаємо досвідченого Data Analyst для роботи над цікавими проєктами в Польщі та інших країнах Європи.
Твої ключові завдання
- Збір, обробка та аналіз даних з різних джерел
- Виявлення ключових показників ефективності (KPI) та створення звітів
- Проведення досліджень, виявлення тенденцій та закономірностей у даних
- Створення зрозумілих та інформативних візуалізацій для представлення результатів аналізу
- Розробка інформаційних панелей (dashboards) для моніторингу показників у реальному часі
- Написання та оптимізація SQL-запитів для вилучення необхідних даних з баз даних
- Налаштування автоматизацій для роботи з даними за допомогою платформи Make
- Співпраця з іншими відділами для розуміння їхніх потреб у даних
- Розробка автоматизованих рішень для регулярного збору та аналізу даних
- Оптимізація існуючих процесів для підвищення ефективності роботи з даними
Основні вимоги
- Мінімум 3 роки на позиції Data Analyst у сферах Edtech, digital-агенціях, e-commerce або healthcare
- Високий рівень володіння SQL
- Досвід роботи з інструментами візуалізації даних (Looker studio тощо)
- Досвід роботи з базами даних та великими обсягами даних
- Досвід роботи з платформою Make або аналогічними no-code/low-code інструментами автоматизації

- ПРАКТИЧНИЙ ДОСВІД ВИКОРИСТАННЯ ПЛАТФОРМИ Make
- Досвід ефективної імплементації AI-інструментів для прискорення роботи та підвищення продуктивності
- Знання англійської та польської

- Налаштування різноманітних сценаріїв в Make для автоматизацій та збору данних
- Аналіз воронки пацієнтів: від першого контакту до повторного візиту
- Когортний аналіз пацієнтів за типом терапії та розрахунок retention rate
- Створення real-time дашбордів для команди та менеджменту
