We developed a manager's digital twin (AI agents) that analyzes employee performance by scoring them, assessing potential, identifying high-potential individuals, and predicting flight risks - all based on event data without accessing private content, messages, or any sensitive information.

Our recommended usage scenario is to empower employees by giving them access to personalized insights, highlighting their strengths, areas for growth, and unique qualities (their personal SWOT). Leaders and managers, in turn, receive updates on positive progress and achievements, positioning the company in a "big brother rooting for you" mode that fosters support rather than surveillance.

Our AI agents are specifically designed to eliminate bias in employee assessment. Unlike traditional analytics found in HR, payroll, ERP, task management, and other corporate apps, our solution stands out by analyzing all data sources together to reveal events and match them with outcomes, aiming for precise accuracy. This comprehensive approach allows us to accurately score employees, assess their potential, identify future stars, and detect flight risks.

Individual events, like number of emails sent, calendar events added, or lines of code written, are insignificant to our model. What counts are multiple events from various apps, combined with clear outcomes and their influence on employees, processes, tasks, sales, and overall company performance.

Graphio.ai provides personalized insights and enable simulations of various people management scenarios, predicting outcomes before decisions are made. Importantly, this is all done using event data, without accessing personal content, sentiment, or any privacy-related information. By benchmarking against historical patterns and comparing people and processes across the board, we deliver a deeper, more holistic understanding of your workforce.
