About the Role

We are looking for a data-driven Senior Meta Media Buyer to own and scale our performance marketing efforts. In this role, you will manage high-volume campaigns, dive deep into attribution data, and run a structured creative testing machine. This is a role for a true pattern-spotter who can look at data, find non-obvious insights, and translate them into aggressive scale while maintaining profitability.
 

What You’ll Do

• Campaign & Budget Management: Daily hands-on execution, monitoring, and scaling of Meta Ads campaigns across multiple ad accounts with a strict focus on high-volume profitability.
• Creative Testing Machine: Run structured tests for creative angles, and hooks. Identify winners and know exactly how to scale them without burning out the audience.
• KPI & Data Ownership: Hit and exceed ROAS / MER / CPA targets. You understand that performance data from yesterday dictates the scaling strategy for today.
• Technical Setup & Attribution: Own tracking accuracy, including Pixel, CAPI, events, and advanced attribution models.
• Funnel Optimization: Partner with the team to analyze and improve landing pages and the overall user journey to maximize conversion rates.
• Reporting & Growth: Report daily/weekly to the Head of Media Buying.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years running Meta Ads in a performance-driven environment (E-commerce, Nutra).
• Scaling Track Record: Proven experience managing 6-figure monthly ad spend with a demonstrated ability to push budgets while maintaining target profitability.
• Data & Analytics: Fluent in Triple Whale, Northbeam, or equivalent server-side tracking tools. Deep understanding of the "Performance Ribbon": CPM → CTR → CVR → CPA → ROAS
• The "Pattern" Story: A specific case from your past experience where you spotted a non-obvious pattern in an account that others missed, and the lift it produced.
• Platform Expertise: Mastery of Meta’s algorithm changes, Advantage+ campaigns, and broad targeting strategies.
• English & Collaboration: Fluent English (written and spoken) to work comfortably in an international environment, with the ability to overlap with European working hours.
