This is a high-impact, 80% Frontend / 20% Backend role. You will be the go-to person for creating high-performance landing pages, complex funnels, and internal tracking tools.

What You’ll Do

• Funnel Architecture: Recreate high-converting landing pages from designs and build interactive components (e.g., multi-step quizzes, calculators).
• Speed & Optimization: Ensure lightning-fast page load times—you understand that every millisecond of latency costs money in paid traffic.
• Data Reliability: Implement robust tracking solutions (time-on-page, user behavior) and ensure data is captured and sent to the backend without loss.
• Fullstack Integration: Connect front-end funnels with back-end logic via APIs, webhooks, and CRMs.
• Support & Scale: Help take the load off the senior dev by handling time-consuming tasks like building templates, fixing bugs, and deploying updates fast.

Requirements

• Experience: 1+ years of hands-on web development (Commercial or high-level Freelance).
• Frontend Mastery: Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. You can build responsive, pixel-perfect pages from scratch.
• Backend Basics: Experience with REST APIs, Webhooks
• You should be comfortable saving data to a DB and handling server-side logic.
• Performance Mindset: You don’t just "make it work"—you care about image optimization, code minification, and efficient data submission.
• English Proficiency: Comfortable communicating in English (written & spoken).

• Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience as a Meta/Facebook Media Buyer in a performance-based environment (Affiliate, E-com, or Nutra).
• Scaling Track Record: Proven ability to manage significant daily budgets and scale them while maintaining target profitability.
• Analytical Mindset: Deep understanding of the "Performance Ribbon": CPM → CTR → CVR → CPA → ROAS.
• English Proficiency: Comfortable working in an international team (written and spoken).
• Platform Expertise: You stay ahead of Meta’s algorithm changes and know how to leverage Advantage+ and broad targeting.
