We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bitrix24 Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing custom modules, troubleshooting, and fixing bugs within Bitrix24 environment. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions that enhance business operations and user experience.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Bitrix24 modules and applications to meet business requirements.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs and performance issues in Bitrix24 in on-premise installations.
• Integrate Bitrix24 with third-party applications and services via APIs and connectors.
• Collaborate with project managers, and end-users to understand needs and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure security, reliability, and scalability of Bitrix24 customizations.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest Bitrix24 features, updates, and best practices.
• Document development processes, configurations, and user guides.
• Provide ongoing technical support and training materials to users.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards.
• Assist in system upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
   

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Bitrix24 Developer.
• Strong knowledge of Bitrix24 platform, including CRM, Tasks, Projects, and other modules.
• Experience with Bitrix Framework and Bitrix24 API.
• Familiarity with Cloud and on-premise Bitrix24 environments.
• Ability to develop custom workflows, automation, and reports.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Knowledge of REST API and web services integration.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• Experience with Linux server environments is a plus.

• Integrate AI and machine learning services to create intelligent automation solutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented DevOps Engineer with proven experience in managing and optimizing Bitrix24 On-Premise infrastructure. 

The ideal candidate will ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of our internal systems and client-facing platforms, with a strong emphasis on automation, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
 

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Technical Operations Manager and cross-functional teams to maintain seamless deployment pipelines, ensure infrastructure security, and achieve high system availability. 

Strong proficiency in English (C1+) and the ability to document processes clearly are essential for effective collaboration within our fully remote, international environment.
 

Key Responsibilities

Bitrix24 Infrastructure Management

• Configure, maintain, and optimize Bitrix24 self-hosted environments (on-premise or cloud)
• Manage integrations, custom modules, and API-based workflows within Bitrix24
• Monitor system performance, uptime, and security compliance

CI/CD & Automation

• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for internal tools and Bitrix24-related services
• Automate deployment, backup, and recovery processes
• Implement infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar

Monitoring & Incident Response

• Configure and manage monitoring, alerting, and logging systems (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)
• Respond to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and apply preventive measures
• Maintain comprehensive system documentation and incident logs

Security & Compliance

• Ensure secure configuration of servers, databases, and Bitrix24 components
• Collaborate with the COO and Technical Operations Manager on audit-ready documentation
• Support GDPR and data protection compliance across infrastructure

Collaboration & Documentation

• Work closely with developers, and operations teams to align infrastructure with sprint goals
• Document infrastructure, deployment processes, and technical decisions in English
   

Requirements

Must-Have:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or System Administration
• Proven experience with Bitrix24 self-hosted infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of Linux server environments (Ubuntu, CentOS)
• Hands-on experience with Docker, NGINX, MySQL/MariaDB, PHP, and Redis
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher (written and spoken)
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Hetzner, DigitalOcean)
   

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with Bitrix24 REST API and webhook-based automation
• Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks
• Experience in agile, remote-first team environments
