What you'll do

• Build lifecycle programmes across email, SMS, push and calls: onboarding, activation, cross-sell, win-back
• Design retention flows that grow product adoption, transaction frequency and LTV
• Segment by product usage, transaction behaviour and customer value
• Own reporting on churn, cohorts and revenue per customer
• Lead a small retention team

What we're looking for

• 3+ years as Head of Retention, Retention Team Lead, CRM Lead or similar
• Full-cycle retention experience, not call-centre work: strategy, automation and flow ownership
• Hands-on with CRM/automation platforms (Customer.io, Braze, Iterable or similar)
• Strong analytics and comfort working with compliance requirements
• Fluent English

Що потрібно робити

• Вести щоденне життя спільноти: модерація, вітання новачків, підтримка дискусій
• Готувати та публікувати контент за контент-планом: добірки, кейси, новини ринку, дайджести інструментів
• Ініціювати обговорення, опитування, рубрики, щоб учасники не мовчали
• Організовувати активності: AMA з експертами, розбори кейсів, ефіри, челенджі
• Залучати нових учасників і працювати над утриманням наявних
• Збирати зворотний зв'язок від учасників і фіксувати метрики: приріст, активні учасники, залученість

Кого шукаємо

• Досвід ведення Telegram-спільноти або чату від 1 року
• Розуміння CRM-маркетингу хоча б на базовому рівні: email, SMS, push, сегментація, LTV. Не обов'язково бути практиком, але треба орієнтуватися в темі та термінології
• Грамотна українська/англійська, вміння писати живо та без канцеляриту
• Самостійність: ви пропонуєте ідеї, а не чекаєте на технічне завдання
• Навички роботи з Telegram-ботами та інструментами модерації будуть перевагою
