Role Overview

We’re looking for a Junior SMM Manager to support our social media team. You’ll help build content calendars, draft short-form copy, coordinate creatives, schedule posts, monitor communities, and track basic performance metrics. You’ll work closely with an SMM Team Lead and learn best practices on real projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building weekly content calendars aligned with client strategy and brand guidelines.
• Draft clear, on-brand copy for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn using our AI-powered tools.
• Prepare briefs for designers and video editors, collect assets, and ensure timely delivery.
• Schedule and publish content via tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or Hootsuite.
• Monitor comments and DMs, tag issues, and escalate to the Team Lead when needed.
• Track basic metrics (reach, engagement rate, CTR) and compile simple weekly reports.
• Research trends, competitors, and sounds - propose 3-5 fresh post ideas per week.
• Keep folders, UTM links, and project docs organized and up to date.
• Support simple A/B tests on hooks, thumbnails, captions, and posting times.
• Collaborate with designers and performance marketers to adapt creatives for paid use.
• Follow compliance guidelines relevant to crypto, gambling, and betting.

Requirements

• 6-24 months of experience in social media or content - internships and freelance projects count.
• Strong written English (B2+); confident, concise copywriting.
• Solid platform basics across Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable using AI tools to ideate and refine copy.
• Basic analytics familiarity - platform insights and simple dashboards.
• Organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Nice to have: Canva or CapCut skills, experience with scheduling tools, basic GA4 knowledge.
• Industry familiarity with crypto, gambling, and betting is a plus.

Кого шукаємо

• Досвід ведення Telegram-спільноти або чату від 1 року
• Розуміння CRM-маркетингу хоча б на базовому рівні: email, SMS, push, сегментація, LTV. Не обов'язково бути практиком, але треба орієнтуватися в темі та термінології
• Грамотна українська/англійська, вміння писати живо та без канцеляриту
• Самостійність: ви пропонуєте ідеї, а не чекаєте на технічне завдання
• Навички роботи з Telegram-ботами та інструментами модерації будуть перевагою
