    Requirements:

    - 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in IT outsource projects.
    - Previous experience in a technical role (developer, devops) is a must.
    - Strong understanding of project management methodologies
    (Kanban, Scrum, Waterfall)).
    - Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
    - Ability to balance multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
    - English is upper-intermediate or advanced.
    - Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities and client-facing roles.

     

    Responsibilities:

    - Lead end-to-end project management for IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
    - Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure a clear understanding of project requirements and technical feasibility.
    - Engage in pre-sales activities, including client consultations, technical solution development, and crafting proposals.
    - Define project scope, develop project plans, and identify resource needs in alignment with project goals.
    - Act as a primary point of contact for clients, maintaining communication to manage expectations and ensure high client satisfaction.
    - Oversee risk management, identifying potential risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
    - Track and report on project milestones, deliverables, and team performance.
    - Ensure alignment between client requirements, technical resources, and project objectives.
