About the project:

You’ll manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other platforms directly, working closely with designers, copywriters, and analytics experts to bring ideas to life.

You’ll be the go-to person for everything paid media: from setup to tracking, optimization to reporting. Every campaign you touch will have your fingerprints on it — and your impact will be clear in the numbers.

A new team member will be in charge of:

• Full ownership for managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, and other platforms directly, working closely with designers, copywriters, and analytics experts to bring ideas to life.
• Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and bid optimization to improve performance.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to craft engaging ads that drive conversions.
• Implement and test conversion tracking, pixels, and automation workflows.
• Perform A/B testing on copy, creative, and landing pages to identify winning combinations.
• Monitor daily performance metrics, generate reports, and make actionable recommendations.
• Stay current with digital marketing trends, algorithm changes, and platform updates.

Does this relate to you?

• 3+ years of proven experience running successful PPC/Paid adds campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Experience in B2B or IT outsourcing markets.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Editor.
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data dashboards, and performance reports.
• A detail-oriented mindset — you love fine-tuning every aspect of a campaign.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and meet deadlines.
• A proactive learner who enjoys experimenting, testing, and improving results.
• English is Upper-Intermediate.

Nice to have:

• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certification.
• Knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).

We are looking for a Project Manager with a technical background to join our team working on a US-based healthcare SaaS project. In this role, you will contribute to managing the full project lifecycle — from planning and requirements gathering to coordinating development and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery. You will collaborate closely with the client, Product Owner, and cross-functional engineering teams to translate business needs into actionable technical tasks, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure compliance with healthcare industry regulations.
