    We’re looking for a skilled and creative Email Marketer / Retention Manager to join our marketing team and help us build a proper communication with the users of a global B2B e-commerce platform. 

     

    In this role, you’ll take ownership of our email marketing efforts from onboarding journeys to automated retention flows and promo campaigns. If you love blending data, creativity, and smart automation to deliver messages that convert and engage - this role is for you.

     

     

     What You’ll Do:

     

    • Plan, create, and execute email campaigns including:

       

      • System notifications and onboarding flows
      • Triggered messages and drip sequences
      • Promotional blasts and announcements

       

    • Optimize and improve existing email funnels and chains based on performance data and user behavior
       
    • Build and maintain ready-to-go templates for recurring communications using modern email builders, AI tools, or HTML/CSS
       
    • Coordinate visual elements and messaging for banners, pop-ups, chatbots, and other retention and communication touchpoints
       
    • Work closely with the design, product, and support teams to ensure consistent messaging across channels

     

     

    What We’re Looking For:

     

    • 2+ years of experience in email marketing and retention roles with alternative channels (push, sms, messages, etc.) 
    • Solid understanding of customer lifecycle communication and behavioral targeting
    • Strong marketing copywriting skills in English (Upper-intermediate level or higher)
    • Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Sendpulse, Customer.io, Mailchimp, Hubspot, Iterable, etc.)
    • Comfortable using AI tools, email editors, or basic HTML/CSS to create and modify templates
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to track, evaluate, and improve campaign performance

     

     

    Nice to Have:

     

    • Experience with A/B testing, segmentation strategies, and user behavior analysis 
    • Experience working in B2B SaaS or marketplace platforms

We are now looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead our marketing strategy, drive acquisition, and build scalable growth systems across SEO, PPC, and other channels. 

     

    Responsibilities

        •    Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy focused on customer acquisition, retention, and brand growth.
        •    Lead SEO and paid acquisition (PPC, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta) from strategy to execution.
        •    Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team (content, performance, design).
        •    Define and track key marketing KPIs through web and product analytics (GA4, Mixpanel, or similar).
        •    Collaborate with product and engineering teams to optimize funnels, user journeys, and conversion flows.
        •    Manage budgets, campaigns, and reporting to ensure ROI-positive marketing operations.
        •    Drive marketplace visibility through content, partnerships, and digital PR.
        •    Contribute to product positioning and brand narrative.

     

    Requirements

        •    Proven experience leading marketing in e-commerce, marketplace, or SaaS environments (B2B focus preferred).
        •    Strong hands-on skills in SEO, PPC, and web analytics.
        •    Experience in building and managing teams and establishing internal marketing processes.
        •    Solid understanding of software development principles and how web applications function (basic tech literacy is a must).
        •    English level B2 or higher, both written and spoken.
        •    Analytical mindset with a test-and-learn approach.
        •    Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering teams.

      •    Experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and CRM tools.
