Globy is a global B2B marketplace connecting wholesale buyers, suppliers, and logistics providers across the world. Our goal is to help businesses find reliable partners and clients, evaluate credibility, and run the early stages of cross-border trade — with logistics tools built in to reduce friction from sourcing to shipping.
 

We're looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to own the entire marketing field. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll drive acquisition, shape strategy, and work directly with product, sales, and engineering. You'll report to the founder and, as we grow, build and manage your own team.


What we're looking for

Core skills:

• Hands-on experience with SEO and GEO (including visibility in AI-driven search), Google Ads, and Meta Ads — execution, not just oversight.
• Strong with web and product analytics — you find real insights that drive decisions, not just read dashboards.
• Experience building GTM strategies from scratch and seeing them through to results.
• Good written and spoken English — you'll write/manage copy, briefs, marketing messages.
• Solid technical understanding of how web products work — enough to talk to engineers, audit tracking setups, and catch implementation issues.
• You know how to scale acquisition channels and build distribution — not just optimize campaigns, but grow the whole system.

• You can run multiple workstreams at once without compromising each one.
• You collaborate naturally across functions — product, sales, engineering, support — and can translate between them when needed.

What you'll be working on
 

• Own all acquisition channels — SEO, GEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and any new channels worth testing. You decide where to focus and how to spend budget.
• Build and optimize landing pages and funnels — copy, layout, conversion testing, iteration.
• Shape and execute GTM strategy — new features, new markets, new product lines. You build the plan and drive execution.
• Run performance analysis — track what's working, cut what's not, and communicate results clearly to the founder and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate cross-team delivery — sync with product, sales, engineers, and support to keep things aligned and moving.
• Work with contractors and freelancers — brief them, manage deliverables, maintain quality.
• Coordinate offline presence — exhibitions, trade shows, industry events. Not frequent, but fully yours to own.
• Hire and grow the marketing team as the business scales.

• Experience in B2B marketplaces, SaaS, wholesale trade, or cross-border commerce
• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain as a domain
• Multi-language or international SEO experience
• Experience managing a small in-house team or agency relationships
• Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM workflows

What You'll Do

This is a lead role. You own SEO end to end, set the strategy, and are accountable for the growth number. You will not be handed a playbook. You build it.
 

Your mission: scale Globy's organic traffic from 10-30k to 100,000+ monthly visits, and build and run the team that gets us there.

You will:

• Set the SEO strategy and roadmap, and bring new growth ideas, not just execute a list
• Own technical SEO across a marketplace with thousands of pages, working hand in hand with our developers
• Build and manage a team of copywriters and link builders
• Own content and topical authority, off-page and digital PR, and AEO and GEO
• Tie organic to signups and paying customers, and report the number every week
   

What success looks like:

• Organic from 10-30k to 100,000+ monthly visits
• A content and link team you built, producing quality work that ranks and converts
• Organic driving real signups and paying customers, not just sessions
   

Compensation: base: 2500-3500$ and bonuses by KPI (10-20% from yearly salary)

This Will Be For You If…

• You have 3-5+ years of SEO for e-commerce, marketplace, or classifieds sites
• You have run a site at 100,000+ monthly organic visits
• Will be a plus: You have personally scaled a site from roughly 20-30k to 100,000+ organic visits, and can show the numbers
• You are used to working with and influencing development teams
• You have built and managed a team of copywriters, link builders and similar (incl freelancers and contractors)
• You have experience with AEO
• You lead, originate ideas, and are driven by growth and clear targets
• You are fluent in English and work within European timezone overlap
