    We’re looking for a hands-on marketer who actually runs ads and wants to directly impact results. No agencies, no bureaucracy — you’ll work directly with business owners in the real estate niche.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Launching and scaling campaigns in Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram)
    • Thinking in funnels: from click to qualified lead
    • Writing ad copy in English
    • Testing creatives (with designers or using AI tools)
    • Analyzing performance data and continuously improving results

     

     

    Requirements:

     

    • Proven experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
    • English level B1–B2
    • Creativity combined with analytical thinking
    • Confident use of AI tools
    • Independence and strong initiative
