We’re looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Payments Manager to act as the bridge between affiliate managers, finance, anti-fraud, and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Perform regular reconciliation of traffic and conversions with partners
• Prepare final payout amounts and submit them to the finance team
• Communicate with partners regarding anti-fraud reports and resolve disputes
• Explain discrepancies to partners and get final approval for reconciliations

• Monitor payouts and ensure accurate and timely payments

   

Hard Skills

• Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend / Listing / Fixfee / Flatfee
• Basic knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, postback logic, and attribution flows
• Analytics & data handling: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, PBI / Tableau
• Understanding of anti-fraud processes: fraud detection, quality filters, AML/KYC, chargebacks, duplicate traffic

• Financial accuracy: commission calculations, payout preparation, and verification

   

Soft Skills

• Extreme attention to detail — any mistake can be costly

We’re looking for a strong  Middle SEO Specialist who can launch review websites in the iGaming niche. 
We need someone who doesn’t wait for step-by-step instructions, but can plan and manage the project end-to-end — from site structure and keyword research to content planning and link building.
Mandatory requirement: proven experience launching review websites from scratch (iGaming / betting / casino / finance / similar) targeting Tier 1/2 GEOs.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end creation of review websites: niche research, competitor analysis, and SEO strategy
• Keyword research and clustering, building site structure and semantic architecture
• Creating detailed SEO content briefs
• Managing content production: quality control, SEO optimization, and search intent alignment
• Implementing On-page and Technical SEO
• Planning and executing link building strategies (internal and external, outreach)
• Working with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Semrush, Screaming Frog
• Analyzing performance and improving traffic, rankings, and conversions
• Testing and implementing SEO hypotheses (site structure, content formats, SERP features, EEAT signals)

• Contributing to scaling a network of SEO projects if the initial project proves successful

   

Requirements (Must-Have):

• 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience
• Proven experience launching review websites from scratch where you were a key contributor
• Experience working with Tier 1 / Tier 2 GEOs (UK, CA, AU, DE, FR, NL, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of On-page and Technical SEO
• Ability to build SEO strategies and deliver results independently
• Hands-on experience with Ahrefs / Semrush, Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, GA4

• Solid understanding of EEAT principles, branded search, and trust signals

We are looking for a proactive and data-driven Product Manager to strengthen our Casino product and unlock new growth opportunities across gamification, retention, and player lifecycle mechanics.

You will take ownership of the casino roadmap, optimize core KPIs, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that directly impact NGR and long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Own, prioritize, and execute the casino product roadmap (gamification, VIP features, promotions, payments, games, UX improvements).
• Drive product improvements in collaboration with the platform provider (feature development, releases, bug resolution).
• Launch and optimize promotional mechanics together with Retention and Sports teams.
• Develop and manage gamification systems: missions, reload missions, tournaments, bonus shop, wheels, quests, and progression features.
• Monitor and improve key metrics (LTV, ARPU, Retention, DAU/WAU/MAU, FTDR, VIP transitions).
• Form hypotheses, run A/B tests, and scale successful experiments.
• Prepare clear product requirements and user stories (Jira / Notion / Confluence).
• Ensure high-quality delivery and smooth feature releases.

• Collaborate with Retention, VIP, Payments, Sportsbook, Anti-fraud, Support, Design, and Analytics teams.

   

Requirements

• 2–3 years of Product Management experience within iGaming.
• Strong hands-on experience with retention, VIP, and gamification mechanics.
• Deep understanding of online casino KPIs and player behavior.
• Experience building roadmaps and writing structured product documentation.
• Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making approach.

• English level B2 or higher.
