We are looking for an analytical specialist focused on affiliate traffic validation, fraud detection, and reconciliation.
The role sits between Affiliate, Finance, and Anti-Fraud teams, ensuring traffic quality, payout accuracy, and data consistency.

What you will do:

• Analyze affiliate traffic (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models)
• Detect fraud patterns: bot traffic, duplicates, incentive and low-quality traffic
• Perform regular reconciliation of traffic, conversions, and commissions
• Prepare and validate payout calculations
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payouts
• Communicate with partners regarding discrepancies and fraud cases
• Align final reconciliation results with affiliate partners

• Support Affiliate Managers with traffic validation and analysis

   

Requirements:

• Strong experience in affiliate traffic analysis, anti-fraud, risk, BI, or related roles.
• Understanding of affiliate models (CPA / RevShare / Hybrid).
• Experience with reconciliation or payout calculations.
  Advanced Excel / Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI / Tableau or similar).
• Understanding of tracking systems, postbacks, and attribution logic.
  Knowledge of anti-fraud principles: bot traffic, duplicates, incentive traffic, chargebacks, basic AML/KYC.
• Intermediate+ English (B1–B2+) for partner communication, explaining discrepancies, and aligning payouts.

• Experience in iGaming / Betting / Gambling and large-scale traffic analysis is a plus.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Affiliate Operations Manager to support and optimize affiliate processes, acting as a key operational link between affiliate managers, finance, anti-fraud, and partners.

What You’ll Do

• Perform regular reconciliation of traffic, conversions, and commissions with partners and internal teams
• Prepare and verify final payout amounts and submit them to the finance team
• Monitor payouts to ensure accuracy and timely execution
• Communicate with partners regarding discrepancies, anti-fraud reports, and resolve disputes
• Explain discrepancies clearly and obtain final approvals on reconciliations

• Support affiliate managers with operational tasks and data validation

   

Hard Skills

• Strong understanding of affiliate models: CPA / RevShare / Hybrid / Spend / Listing / Fixfee / Flatfee
• Basic knowledge of affiliate tracking systems, postback logic, and attribution flows
• Strong analytics & data handling skills: advanced Excel / Google Sheets, PBI / Tableau
• Understanding of anti-fraud processes: fraud detection, quality filters, AML/KYC, chargebacks, duplicate traffic
• Financial accuracy: commission calculations, payout preparation, and verification

Ideal Candidate

• Hands-on experience with affiliate payouts and reconciliation processes
