    Your main focus will be on planning, launching, and optimizing promotional activities aimed at engaging players and increasing retention.

     

     🧩 Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain promo plans (weekly, monthly, yearly)
    • Set up and manage bonus campaigns and bonus chains
    • Configure other gamification elements (tournaments, quests, themed campaigns)
    • Test and analyze new bonus mechanics and promotions
    • Collaborate with retention, design, and development teams
    • Handle player requests and complaints related to promo activities

       

    💡 Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within the iGaming industry
    • Strong understanding of key casino metrics: GGR, RR, Bonus cost, Bonus rate, ARPU, ADPU
    • Ability to analyze core performance indicators and identify improvement areas (will be a plus)
    • Attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and strong communication skills
