Senior Fullstack Engineer – React, NestJS, AWS

We're a growing tech startup building a customer-facing web platform and an internal AI model training platform. We're looking for a Senior Fullstack Engineer to join our engineering team and take real ownership of core systems.

This is a role for engineers — people who understand code deeply, think about architecture, and solve problems independently. Not someone who completes tasks, but someone who thinks about why they exist.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the full-stack platform (React frontend, NestJS backend, AWS infrastructure)

• Design and implement scalable backend services and APIs

• Work with Postgres RDS — design, optimize, and maintain relational data models

• Build and maintain event-driven services using SQS and microservices architecture

• Write unit and e2e tests (Vitest + Cypress) and maintain CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions)

• Write clean, modular code following SOLID principles

• Collaborate directly with Product to translate requirements into technical solutions

Requirements:

• Senior-level experience with React, NestJS, and TypeScript (frontend + backend)

• Hands-on experience with AWS (Lambda, EC2) and Docker

• Strong understanding of relational databases and Postgres

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and SQS

• Solid Git workflow and experience working in a team codebase

• Ability to read, understand, and improve unfamiliar code independently

• Clean code standards — SOLID, well-structured, maintainable

Roles & Responsibilities

• Create a comprehensive marketing strategy to engage US-based Insurance carriers / MGA’s / Brokers / Agencies across all relevant marketing channels. 
• Build a transparent and scalable growth machine, own demand generation end-to-end, identify opportunities to develop new channels, and/or expand existing ones for customer acquisition.
• Establish a content factory, able to produce relevant and highly engaging content for diverse stages on the leads, opportunities, and users’ journey, including but not limited to case studies, blog articles, white papers, thought leadership pieces.  
• Manage and operate E2E, all marketing activities, hands-on / using freelancers /scale it to an in-house team later on.
• Own self-service product as a stand-alone revenue center with full responsibility for its performance and targets.
• Oversee email campaigns, Paid Search & Social.
• Generate user acquisition LTV/CAC reports on an ongoing basis and adjust accordingly. Define and manage marketing KPIs.

Junior Developer (Marketing Automation) – Full Time

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Student / Junior Developer to join our team and work on

marketing automation systems. This role is ideal for someone at the beginning of their

career who wants hands-on experience building real automation workflows powered by

modern AI tools.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain automation workflows using tools like n8n

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join our Core Team. In this role, you will be a key player in bridging the gap between development and operations, ensuring our systems are scalable, resilient, and automated. You will manage a hybrid environment consisting of AWS Cloud, Digital Ocean services and on-premises servers, leveraging modern GitOps workflows to streamline deployment in Microservices and Serverless architectures.

Key Responsibilities: 
● Hybrid Infrastructure Management: Design, implement, and maintain scalable infrastructure across AWS and on-premises data centers. 
● Automation & IaC: Treat infrastructure as software by using Terraform or CloudFormation to automate resource provisioning and configuration. 
● Container Orchestration: Manage and scale containerized applications using Kubernetes, utilizing Rancher for multi-cluster management and visibility. 
● GitOps Delivery: Implement and maintain continuous delivery pipelines using ArgoCD to ensure the desired state of our clusters matches our Git repositories. 
● CI/CD Pipeline Development: Design and optimize automated build and deployment workflows using GitHub Actions. 
● System Administration: Manage and tune Linux (Ubuntu) environments for performance, security, and reliability. 
● Databases: manage database infrastructure, including replicas, backups, point-in-time recovery, monitor database performance and collaborate with developers to optimize queries and indexing strategies.

Required Qualifications: 

1. Cloud & Core Infrastructure 
● AWS Mastery: Proven experience with core AWS services (EC2, S3, SQS, CloudWatch, RDS, VPC, IAM). 
● Hybrid Experience: Hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting on-premises physical or virtualized servers. 
● Linux Expertise: Deep knowledge of Linux administration, with a strong preference for Ubuntu. 

2. Orchestration & Continuous Delivery
● Kubernetes & Rancher: Solid experience deploying and managing production-grade K8s clusters. 
● ArgoCD & GitOps: Experience implementing GitOps patterns for automated, declarative application deployments. 
● CI/CD: Proficiency with Git and GitHub Actions for automating testing and deployment cycles. 

3. Automation & Development 
● Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Advanced proficiency in Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar tools. 
● Programming: Strong Python scripting skills for task automation, custom tooling, and interacting with APIs. 

4. Modern Architecture 
● Architectural Patterns: Deep understanding of Microservices and Serverless (e.g., AWS Lambda) design principles. 

5. Databases 
● Relational DBs: Deep experience with PostgreSQL administration (vacuuming, indexing, replication, and backup strategies). 
● NoSQL & Cloud Native: Proficiency in AWS DynamoDB, understanding GSIs, LSIs, and TTL configurations.

Preferred/Bonus Qualifications: 
● Experience with Workflow Management platforms such as Apache Airflow. 
● Experience with monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).

● 2+ years of experience as an SDR / BDR in a B2B environment (experience with full-cycle sales is a strong advantage)

● Proven ability to write clear, compelling outbound messaging and prepare commercial proposals

● Experience with lead qualification and outbound prospecting (LinkedIn, email outreach, databases, etc.)

● Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills
