We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects in the FinTech, EdTech, and AgroTech domains. As a Middle Manual QA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications by executing comprehensive manual testing, creating detailed test documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is proficient in testing methodologies, backend testing, and API testing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 
Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing;

• 2 years of experience with WEB/Mobile applications

• Experience in writing test documentation, Master/Level Test plans;

• Knowledge of testing methodologies;

• Ability to specify the testing approaches based on the selected items for testing and their features;

• Experience with performing the analysis of product features/enhancements using a defined procedure and workflow;

• Experience with creating, updating, supporting, and providing the review of specifications, requirements, or other documents;

• Experience with Preparing Test Cases and/or Scenarios using common Test Design techniques;

• Experience with operating testing environments (run, deploy new version to it, check logs, etc.);

• Experience with performing Root Cause Analysis and Impact analysis;

• Experience with collecting statistical data using a defined procedure to monitor the quality and reliability of a product;

• Experience with preparing test progress/test summary reports after all testing stages;

• Experience with testing metrics and risks

• Understanding of network principles;

• Experience with DB and SQL;

• Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, and backend testing experience;

• Experience with REST/GraphQL API (Postman querying);

• Dev tools experience (Chrome dev tools, etc);

• English is spoken and written at the upper-intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
•  Performance testing experience

Responsibilities
 

• Work in a QA team to analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, and report and verify bugs to guarantee the quality of the developed enterprise-level e-commerce solutions;

• Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project;

• Provide updates to the task estimates and status of assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with the project team.

• Provide recommendations to the QA Lead and/or Project Manager to improve QA-related procedures, systems, and tools;
• Estimation of separate features / own tasks;

• Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication.

About the project:
The project is a profitable and established fintech company operating in the high-risk payments industry with a proven product-market fit and a growing customer base. As the company scales, it is expanding its merchant onboarding and integration capabilities to improve onboarding speed and customer experience. As a Technical Support & Merchant Onboarding Specialist, you will help merchants successfully integrate and go live by coordinating onboarding activities, providing technical guidance, and collaborating closely with internal teams.

Requirements:
 

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Support, Merchant Onboarding, Customer Success or Technical Account Management
• Strong understanding of payment gateway / PSP onboarding processes
• Experience guiding customers through:
  • Sandbox & production account setup
  • API documentation and integration flows
  • Webhook configuration and troubleshooting
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay setup
  • Wallet and settlement configuration
  • KYC / KYB onboarding processes
• Ability to identify onboarding blockers and proactively drive resolution
• Experience managing multiple onboarding flows and product configurations
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience working with Jira, ClickUp, CRM, or ticketing systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:
 

• Proactively drive merchant onboarding processes from kickoff to go-live
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants throughout onboarding
• Coordinate onboarding timelines, milestones, and weekly check-ins
• Guide merchants through onboarding activities including:
  • Sandbox & production account setup
  • API documentation walkthroughs
  • Webhook configuration and validation
  • URL whitelisting
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay setup
  • Wallet and settlement configuration
  • Payment method validation
  • KYC / KYB processes
• Track onboarding progress and validate onboarding-related tasks across Jira, ClickUp, or similar tools
• Identify blockers, coordinate with internal teams, and proactively drive resolution
• Maintain onboarding consistency across multiple merchant and product configurations
• Validate onboarding readiness and coordinate go-live activities
• Contribute to onboarding process improvements and documentation standardization

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with Stripe, SumUp, Adyen, Checkout.com, Worldpay, or similar payment platforms
• Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS environments
• Experience with onboarding documentation and process standardization
• Experience reviewing API requests, webhooks, and integration flows
• Experience working in Support + Implementation hybrid roles
• SQL or basic log analysis skills would be a plus

What do you need:
● 7+ years of experience in the IT industry with a deep understanding of JavaScript, including TypeScript standards;
● Extensive experience with Node.js, with a focus on the Nest.js framework and scalable application design;
● Extensive experience with React;
● Solid track record of leading complex projects;
● Proven experience with AWS or other cloud providers;
● Demonstrated ability to lead development teams, mentor junior developers, and drive projects from inception to completion with extensive code review processes;
● Business mindset and FinTech/EdTech domain experience;
● Experience working on pre-sales and discovery phases with strong architectural skills, experience in designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions in cloud environments;
● English level: Upper Intermediate Strong or higher, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders.

What you will do:
● Conduct pre-sales activities, including NFR elicitation, architecture of solution defenition, estimation preparation, risks defenition;
● Conduct discovery phases;
● Analyze and reccomend external libriaries and tools that can speed up development process;
● Conduct, support and code review process of development teams;
● R&D activities and POC execution;
● Conduct interviews of external candidates;
● Adhoc troubleshooting on the projects and code improvement in case of emergency.

Would be a plus:
● Experience with Python, PHP or .Net;
● Experience leading/working in competence/SDO office;
● Experience with solution audit servises.

About the project:

REQUIREMENTS:
● 3+ years of experience in Data Engineering
● Strong data engineering background with the ability to design and own solutions end-to-end
● Proficiency in Python, Airflow, dbt, and Redshift for data processing, pipeline development, and transformation
● Experience building and maintaining ETL / ELT pipelines and data integrations, including fetching and normalizing data from non-robust 3rd party sources
● Hands-on experience with LLM/agent-based automation applied to business processes (e.g., building agents or LLM-powered workflows for data transformation, testing, or extraction)
● Practical familiarity with modern AI tooling — LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.), RAG patterns, prompt engineering, and agent frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar)
● Cross-functional flexibility: comfortable stepping beyond pure DE work into adjacent areas — light DevOps (Docker, CI/CD, cloud deployment), backend integration, and basic frontend when a POC requires it
● Excellent communication skills — able to explain technical decisions to non-technical stakeholders
● Self-directed and proactive: able to spot workflow inefficiencies and drive improvements with minimal supervision
● Product thinking: collaborate with business teams, propose solution approaches, build quick POCs, iterate on feedback, and support production deployment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Analyze business workflows and identify opportunities for data automation and AI-driven process automation
● Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines and integrations, including ingestion from unreliable or unstructured 3rd party sources
● Build LLM- and agent-based solutions for data transformation, validation/testing, and extraction tasks
● Containerize data and AI workloads using Docker and deploy to cloud infrastructure (AWS)
● Develop prototypes and POCs to validate ideas quickly — both data pipelines and AI-powered workflows
● Collaborate with business and technical teams to refine requirements and iterate on solutions
● Support the deployment and integration of data and AI solutions into production systems
● Continuously improve data processes through automation and AI-driven approaches
● Contribute to data modeling, quality, and observability practices

Preferred Experience:
● Experience combining traditional ETL/data pipelines with LLM/agent components in production or near-production settings
● Experience working in cross-functional product teams
● Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (AWS preferred)
● Experience with vector stores, embeddings, or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG)
