We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Middle Manual QA Engineer to join our team and contribute to the success of our projects in the FinTech, EdTech, and AgroTech domains. As a Middle Manual QA, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality of web and mobile applications by executing comprehensive manual testing, creating detailed test documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results. The ideal candidate is proficient in testing methodologies, backend testing, and API testing, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
 
Requirements
 

• 3+ years of experience in manual testing;

• 2 years of experience with WEB/Mobile applications

• Experience in writing test documentation, Master/Level Test plans;

• Knowledge of testing methodologies;

• Ability to specify the testing approaches based on the selected items for testing and their features;

• Experience with performing the analysis of product features/enhancements using a defined procedure and workflow;

• Experience with creating, updating, supporting, and providing the review of specifications, requirements, or other documents;

• Experience with Preparing Test Cases and/or Scenarios using common Test Design techniques;

• Experience with operating testing environments (run, deploy new version to it, check logs, etc.);

• Experience with performing Root Cause Analysis and Impact analysis;

• Experience with collecting statistical data using a defined procedure to monitor the quality and reliability of a product;

• Experience with preparing test progress/test summary reports after all testing stages;

• Experience with testing metrics and risks

• Understanding of network principles;

• Experience with DB and SQL;

• Understanding of client-server architecture, microservices, and backend testing experience;

• Experience with REST/GraphQL API (Postman querying);

• Dev tools experience (Chrome dev tools, etc);

• English is spoken and written at the upper-intermediate level or higher.

Nice to have

• ISTQB certification.
•  Performance testing experience

Responsibilities
 

• Work in a QA team to analyze business requirements, create and execute test cases, and report and verify bugs to guarantee the quality of the developed enterprise-level e-commerce solutions;

• Actively participate in daily project team meetings and brainstorming activities related to the project;

• Provide updates to the task estimates and status of assigned tasks.

• Collaborate with the project team.

• Provide recommendations to the QA Lead and/or Project Manager to improve QA-related procedures, systems, and tools;
• Estimation of separate features / own tasks;

• Provide a positive, polite, and open-minded style of communication.

We are looking for a Junior Strong/Middle Project Manager who can effectively coordinate software delivery, support collaboration between teams and clients, and ensure projects move forward in a structured and predictable way.

This role is ideal for someone who already has hands-on project management experience, understands software development processes, and is ready to take increasing ownership of project delivery while working closely with senior stakeholders and delivery leaders.

Requirements

● 2+ years of experience in IT project management or project coordination
● Strong understanding of SDLC and hands-on experience with Agile practices
● Ability to independently manage scope, timelines, and priorities
● Experience working directly with clients and managing stakeholder expectations
● Ability to lead both internal teams and client-side contributors
● Strong focus on proactive planning, forecasting, and risk management
● Solid communication and negotiation skills
● Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools
● Understanding of system architecture basics, APIs, and delivery processes
● Upper-Intermediate English or higher
 

Responsibilities

● Project delivery from discovery through release
● Define scope, structure delivery plans, and ensure execution stays on track
● Lead collaboration between internal teams and client-side stakeholders
● Drive alignment, clarify expectations, and push decisions when needed
● Anticipate risks, manage dependencies, and prevent delivery issues
● Control scope changes and maintain delivery predictability
● Establish and track key delivery metrics
● Ensure clear and consistent reporting to stakeholders
● Facilitate Agile processes and improve team efficiency
● Remove blockers and maintain steady delivery progress
● Participate in pre-sales activities, including estimations and solution discussions
