We also specialize in IT outstaffing, helping businesses hire top tech talent. As we grow, we’re seeking a proactive Sales Manager to connect with clients and close deals. If you excel in IT sales and business development, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Finding new clients and generating leads on your own.
- Working with the lead generation team and helping them focus on the right prospects.
- Jumping on calls—whether alone or with the CEO—to pitch our services.
- Managing client communication through emails and LinkedIn.
- Closing deals and making sure clients get the best service.
- Using CRM systems and automation tools to streamline sales processes.
- Analyzing what works and tweaking strategies to improve results.
- Attending conferences and roadshows to build relationships (if applicable).
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in IT outstaffing sales (B2B IT sales is a must).
- Strong English skills (B2+ level) to communicate with international clients.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
- Confidence in handling objections and closing deals.
- A proactive and charismatic personality—someone who takes initiative.
- The ability to represent our company professionally in calls and meetings.
Bonus Points If You Have:
- Experience attending roadshows or conferences.
- A proven track record of successfully selling IT specialists in outstaffing.
- Experience handling large deals and high-value contracts.

- A pro at LinkedIn, Apollo, Crunchbase, Sales Navigator, and CRM tools.
- Not afraid to start conversations and know how to arrange calls.
- Goal-oriented—because hitting KPIs and earning bonuses sounds good to you!
- Organized and balanced.
What You’ll Do:
- Find & qualify 400+ leads per month across LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Engage & nurture MQLs, building relationships until they’re ready for a call (4-5 per month).
- Book 4-5 qualified calls for Sales per month.
- Maintain and update the CRM system to track your pipeline.
