We are looking for a responsible and self-motivated account manager who will join our team. Paytiko is PCI DSS complaint payment gateway which works with e-commerce platforms and general web applications. We have 100+ integrations with different payment systems and a lot of international clients.  
 
Required skills: 

• 1+ working experience as support/ account manager  
• Upper-Intermediate English level 
• Responsibility and diligence  
• High communication skills 
• Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, and decisiveness 

 
Will be a plus:  

• Technical education 
• Experience of working with fintech domain 

 
Responsibilities:  

• Communication with clients 
• Setup of the client (help with integration of our plugin or iframe, get requirements for the Payment solutions, provide education of the system) 
• Support of the client after setup: getting new requirements, resolving issues
• Communication with the team: discussion of current tasks, daily meetings, taking part in grooming

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in designing web pages and CRM systems.
• Confident use of Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop, including prototyping experience.
• Experience with Auto Layout, UI Kits, and plugins.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
• Experience working with Midjourney and ChatGPT.
• Ability to identify high-quality professional content (photos, videos, illustrations, 3D) among a significant amount of stock photos.
• Strong understanding of UX principles and UI design methodologies, with strict adherence to the responsive design rules.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Effective cooperation with developers and stakeholders, ability to quickly find optimal solutions and perceive feedbacks as a tool for professional growth.

 Will be a plus:

• Experience with animation (LottieFiles, Figma Prototype Animation, etc).
• English proficiency at Pre-Intermediate level or higher.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Azure, Jira, Trello, etc.).

Responsibilities:

• Create layouts, logos, and prototypes for the company’s web products.
• Maintain and improve existing visual style of the company’s products.
• Work with design systems.
• Communicate closely with the team, managers, and developers.
• Share knowledge and continuously develop professionally.
• Take responsibility for meeting task deadlines.
