Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting channels, including email outreach and LinkedIn.
- Maintain and update a database of prospective clients using CRM tools (preferably HubSpot).
- Engage with leads, build strong relationships, and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine and optimize lead generation strategies.
- Track, analyze, and report on lead generation performance, providing data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging best practices to enhance outreach efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in lead generation, sales, or business development.
- Strong communication and outreach skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong written communication skills for business correspondence and at least an Intermediate level for verbal communication.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn outreach and familiarity with email marketing and other prospecting techniques.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) for lead tracking and management.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in B2B lead generation.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and data analytics.
- Previous experience in handling international leads and working across multiple time zones.

What We’re Looking For
✅ Experience & Background:
At least 1 year of experience in administration, HR, or executive support.

✅ Technical & Organizational Skills:
