About the role:
We’re looking for a smart, ambitious content creator to help us scale our presence on Instagram and X (Twitter). If you live and breathe social media, understand how virality works, and are excited by the possibilities of AI, this is for you.

 Responsibilities:

• Create and publish high-performing content for Instagram and X that grows reach, engagement, and followers.
• Spot trends early and translate them into fresh, relevant posts for the GenAI audience.
• Collaborate with our content and design teams to ensure posts are visually sharp, on-brand, and optimized for virality.
• Experiment with formats. from short viral hooks to carousels, threads, and memes... and track what works.
• Engage with the community: reply, comment, and keep the conversation going.

• Report on performance and bring ideas for continuous growth.

   

Requirements:

• Based in Latin America or Europe with strong knowledge of global digital culture.
• Proven track record of creating viral content, ideally about AI (if not, show us how you’ve grown a network with your posts).
• Deep understanding of Instagram and X algorithms, formats, and growth strategies.
• Creative instincts for hooks, storytelling, and timing.
• Comfortable with data: can analyze what’s working and double down on it.
• Curious, fast-moving, and obsessed with the details of what makes content spread.

• Bonus: existing audience or history of posting about AI.
