We are entering a major product expansion phase and are looking for a Head of UI/UX to define the design strategy, user experience, and design systems foundation across our growing suite.

About the role

This is a hands-on design leadership role at the intersection of beautiful, scalable UI systems, deep product thinking, AI-native experience design, and rapid prototyping.

You’ll own the end-to-end design vision while actively designing core workflows across our website and products. Partnering closely with the VP of Product and Product Managers (ToneUp, Hackathon App, Pods, and future launches), you’ll shape product strategy from discovery through launch.

This cross-functional role has direct influence over product direction, helping define our design North Star, build a scalable design system, and shape the UX of ToneUp, Hackathon, Pods, and future products as GenAI.Works becomes a category-defining AI platform.

Requirements

• 6+ years in product design (UI/UX) with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, systems thinking, and exceptional craft. Expertise in UX research, interaction design, visual design, typography, and building design systems at scale.
• Deep curiosity about AI-driven interaction models, with experience designing for uncertainty, trust, explainability, and user feedback loops. Excited by agent-based products and actively uses AI tools in daily workflows.
• Your design to test hypotheses, not just polish screens. Comfortable moving from ambiguity to prototype to iteration, with a bias toward action and rapid build-measure-learn cycles.
• Expert in Figma, strong in responsive design, understand frontend constraints, and apply accessibility and inclusive design best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the UI/UX vision and design North Star for GenAI.Works. Translate company strategy into cohesive product experiences, set standards for usability and accessibility, and ensure design meaningfully shapes product direction, growth, and brand trust.
• Design intuitive, trustworthy AI-powered workflows. Explore and define best practices for copilots, agent-driven systems, multimodal interfaces, retrieval-based experiences, and human-in-the-loop interactions—establishing what “great AI UX” looks like across the platform.
• Lead research, journey mapping, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI across ToneUp, Hackathon App, Pods, and new experimental products. Simplify complex workflows into elegant experiences while balancing speed, craft, and business impact.
• Rapidly prototype and test ideas using Figma, Framer/Webflow, and AI tools. Run fast experiments to validate onboarding, feature adoption, retention, and engagement. Treat design as a continuous build–measure–learn loop.
• Build and evolve a scalable design system across web, product, and community touchpoints. Create reusable components and partner with engineering to ensure high-quality implementation.

• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering, advocate for user-centered thinking, and mentor future designers as the team grows.

Responsibilities

• Talk to AI founders, CMOs, Heads of Growth
• Run Google Meet calls (discovery + presentation of our services)
• Clearly explain our AI marketing & distribution solutions
• Close fast deals and make commissions on top of base salary
• Sell to warm leads from leadgen, plus search for new leads on LinkedIn

• Keep things moving - our sales cycles are short and dynamic (easy job actually)

   

Requirements:

• 1-2+ years of experience in Sales

• Comfortable speaking with international clients

• Availability to work in the US time zone when needed.

Compensation details:

You will set the bar creatively, editorially and strategically, while leading a globally distributed team of creators.

Responsibilities:

1. Editorial Quality Across All Channels
 

You will define and enforce the standard for:

• LinkedIn-first thought leadership and carousels
• Instagram and short-form visual storytelling
• YouTube scripts and video narratives
• X threads and commentary
• Website, landing pages and long-form editorial
• Newsletter and educational content

Every asset must be clear, useful, credible and high-performing. You will ensure that nothing generic or low-value ships.

2. AI-Native Content Creation
 

You must be deeply familiar with AI and generative AI tools, not as a trend, but as working instruments.

You should:

• Actively use LLMs and generative tools in your own workflow
• Understand prompt design, iteration and model strengths and limits
• Know how to combine human creativity with AI acceleration
• Distinguish between high-quality AI-assisted content and low-effort AI output
• Guide the team on responsible, high-standard AI usage

You will help design AI-assisted content systems that increase speed without compromising quality.

3. Client Content Strategy and Execution
 

We work with top AI companies to create content and distribution strategies that drive trust and adoption.

You will:

• Shape narrative frameworks for enterprise AI brands
• Turn complex technical products into compelling stories
• Build multi-channel campaigns that move beyond awareness into engagement
• Guide clients on positioning, differentiation and credibility
• Maintain the highest quality bar across all client deliverables

This requires strategic thinking, commercial awareness and strong executive presence.

4. Creative Leadership
 

You must be a world-class creator yourself.

You should be able to:

• Write scroll-stopping LinkedIn posts

• Translate dense AI topics into simple, powerful narratives

5. Team Leadership and Systems
 

You will manage a globally distributed team of writers, designers and video editors.

Responsibilities include:

• Setting clear briefs with strong hooks, proof and outcomes

Role Overview

This is a high-ownership, hands-on role at the intersection of email marketing, inbound content, and revenue operations.

You will own email strategy and lifecycle execution while building scalable inbound/outbound and marketing automation systems. You will work closely with Sales, RevOps, Content, and Design to ensure inbound leads are qualified, activated, and converted into revenue.

Inbound & Revenue Marketing

• Build and scale SEO-driven inbound content focused on high-intent, revenue keywords
• Create and optimize blog posts, landing pages, lead magnets, and solution / comparison pages
• Activate and monetize the contact database through lifecycle-based automation
• Align with Sales on lead qualification, handoff, and sales-readiness signals
• The main goal is to bring leads to sales team
   

HubSpot & Marketing Operations

• Own HubSpot CRM and Marketing Hub setup, including:
• Lifecycle stages, properties, lead scoring
• Workflows, lists, and marketing automation
• Data hygiene and CRM structure
• Support and plan CRM migrations when needed
• Track and report on outbound/inbound leads, pipeline, and revenue contribution
