About the Role
We're looking for a Motion Designer to help create engaging video content for our social media, courses, and marketing campaigns.
You'll edit videos, create motion graphics, and use AI tools to produce high-quality content for millions of people interested in AI.
You'll work closely with our content and marketing teams in a fast-moving, remote environment.
 
What You’ll Do

 

• Edit long-form and short-form videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Create motion graphics and animations in After Effects.
• Edit interviews, tutorials, podcasts, webinars, and social media videos.
• Add titles, transitions, lower thirds, and simple visual effects.
• Perform basic color correction and audio cleanup.
• Export videos for YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X.
• Use AI tools to improve and speed up video production.
• Collaborate with the content team to deliver engaging visual content.
• Help maintain a consistent visual style across our content.

What We’re Looking For

Must Have
 

• 2+ years of experience in video editing or motion design.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Experience creating content for social media or YouTube.
• Basic understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual design.
• Experience using AI tools in your creative workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good written and spoken English.

Nice-to-have
 

• Photoshop or Illustrator.
• Figma.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Specialist to help improve customer engagement and build scalable lifecycle marketing programs across our education products.

About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on Lifecycle Marketing Specialist who enjoys building customer journeys, launching campaigns, experimenting with new ideas, and continuously improving customer engagement.

In this role, you'll own lifecycle marketing initiatives across our AI education products, helping improve customer activation, retention, and long-term engagement through data-driven lifecycle campaigns and marketing automation.

You'll work closely with Product, Education, Community, Engineering, and Leadership teams to deliver customer communications that support business growth and create a better learning experience.
This is an execution-focused role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and building scalable systems in a startup environment.

What You'll Do

Lifecycle Marketing
Design, launch, and optimize customer lifecycle programs across our education products, including:
 

• onboarding journeys
• activation campaigns
• engagement campaigns
• retention initiatives
• re-engagement and win-back campaigns
• upsell and cross-sell communications

Continuously improve customer experience using behavioral insights and performance data.

Email Marketing & CRM
Own email marketing initiatives across the customer lifecycle.

Build and optimize:
 

• automated email workflows
• onboarding sequences
• product announcements
• course launch campaigns
• webinar communications
• Academy communications
• customer segmentation
• personalized customer journeys

Monitor campaign performance and continuously improve:
 

• open rates
• click-through rates
• activation
• retention
• customer engagement
• conversion

Marketing Automation
Build and maintain scalable marketing automation processes using CRM and automation platforms.

Create workflows that improve:
 

• customer communications
• segmentation
• campaign execution
• internal efficiency
• reporting

Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve marketing operations through AI-powered workflows.

Customer Insights & Experimentation
Analyze customer behavior and campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.

Use customer and product data to:
 

• understand user journeys
• identify friction points
• generate hypotheses
• run A/B tests
• optimize lifecycle performance

Partner with Product teams to improve customer activation and engagement.

Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with:

To ensure customer communications support business goals and product adoption.

What We're Looking For

Required
 

• 3+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, CRM Marketing, Email Marketing, Marketing Automation, or a related role.
• Experience designing and managing customer lifecycle journeys.
• Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Customer.io, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
• Strong understanding of:
  • customer segmentation
  • onboarding
  • activation
  • retention
  • customer lifecycle best practices
• Experience running A/B tests and using data to improve marketing performance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

AI & Technology
As an AI company, we encourage the use of AI tools to improve productivity and marketing execution.
Experience using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, or similar AI assistants in your daily workflow is highly valued.

Experience with AI-powered marketing automation or workflow optimization is a plus.

Nice to Have
 

• Experience working in SaaS, EdTech, AI startups, or community-driven products.
• Experience with product analytics platforms such as PostHog, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar.
• Experience supporting product launches or online learning programs.
• Previous experience working in startup environments.

• Build scalable onboarding and lifecycle journeys for Academy users.
• Improve activation and customer engagement through automated lifecycle campaigns.
• Launch targeted email campaigns supporting courses, webinars, product releases, and community initiatives.
• Introduce AI-assisted workflows that improve marketing efficiency.
• Establish lifecycle reporting and continuously optimize campaign performance using data.
• Become the owner of customer lifecycle communications across our education products.
