Role Overview
We’re looking for a Graphic Designer who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This person will help shape the visual identity of GenAI Works across digital platforms, campaigns, and product experiences.
Responsibilities- Design assets for marketing campaigns, social media, newsletters, and presentations.
- Collaborate with product and content teams to bring ideas to life.
- Work primarily in Figma, with additional use of Adobe Creative Suite as needed.
- Support brand design, ensuring consistency across touchpoints.
- Manage multiple design tasks in ClickUp, balancing speed with quality.
- Contribute to video and motion graphics projects when possible.
- Leverage generative AI design tools to accelerate workflows and expand creative possibilities.
- Iterate quickly based on feedback and performance data.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required).

About the role
We are hiring a senior Content Manager to own content quality, manage a small content team, and actively write high quality copy themselves.
This role oversees three core operational areas:
- Strong hands on copywriting
- Clear editorial judgment and quality control
- Practical team management and delivery oversight
This is not a lightweight coordination role and not a junior content lead. You will proactively be responsible for raising standards, reducing friction and supporting leadership directly.
What You’ll Do
Team Management and support
- Manage a small team of writers and contributors.
- Give clear feedback, direction, and coaching to raise output quality.

Reduce dependency on leadership for day-to-day quality control.
Content quality and writing

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, or similar role.
- Excellent copywriting skills. You must be able to produce strong work yourself, not just edit others.
- Direct experience working with AI tools and LLMs in content workflows.
- Strong ability to humanise AI assisted writing so it does not sound generic, over polished, or synthetic.
- Experience managing and improving the output of a small content team.
