    About the role:

    At GenAI Works, we build content, communities, and growth engines for the world’s largest generative AI audience. We move fast, we experiment relentlessly, and we operate at the edge of where AI meets real business adoption.

    As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the charge in crafting and executing strategies that bridge our cutting-edge solutions with market needs. You’ll own the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, driving initiatives from planning to implementation to performance measurement. Your work will be instrumental in showcasing GenAI.Works as the trusted AI empowerment platform.

    This is a hands-on role. We’re looking for someone who can build, execute, and optimise.. not just delegate.

     

    Requirements:
    Please apply only if you have experience in AI startups

    • 4+ years of experience in product marketing, with a proven track record in content and campaign management.
    • Expertise in developing GTM strategies and driving them to measurable success.
    • A growth mindset backed by data: you’re fluent in numbers but don’t drown in dashboards
    • Understanding of influencer marketing and how to leverage creators for brand awareness and lead generation.
    • Strong performance marketing skills, including channel strategy, campaign optimization, and analytics.

       

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches, campaigns, and ongoing initiatives.
    • Own the entire marketing lifecycle: from strategy creation to execution and performance analysis.
    • Create compelling product messaging and positioning aligned with customer needs and market trends.
    • Design, manage, and optimize content and campaigns that resonate with GenAI.Works’ diverse audiences.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, and Community) to align messaging and strategy.
    • Monitor market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and refine approaches.
    • Analyze campaign performance metrics, providing actionable insights to refine strategies.

We have a large and highly engaged subscriber base that relies on us for trusted insights, education and product updates.

     

    We are now expanding our marketing capability and looking for someone to take full ownership of our email ecosystem.

     

    Role Overview

    We are hiring a highly organized Email Marketing Manager who can build and run a best in class email program while improving the structure, consistency and performance of all outbound communication.

     

    You will own email strategy and lifecycle execution across newsletters, product announcements and community content. You will also create clear briefs for our content and design teams so that campaigns are delivered with quality and cohesion at scale.

     

    This role is suited to someone who is proactive, structured and comfortable taking initiative. You will not be expected to produce every asset yourself. Your strength should be orchestration, clarity of briefing and operational excellence. You should be confident using AI tools throughout your workflow.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute email marketing strategies, including newsletters, lifecycle campaigns, and product updates.
    • Manage CRM systems, including segmentation, data hygiene, workflows, and migrations.
    • Collaborate with content, design, and data teams through clear briefs to align messaging with product and community goals.
    • Leverage AI tools to enhance personalization, automation, and campaign efficiency.
    • Maintain campaign calendars, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for process improvements.
    • Operate independently with strong ownership, organization, and attention to detail.
