As a General QA Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software systems. You will work closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to design effective testing strategies, implement automation, and ensure consistent quality across the entire product lifecycle.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structured QA processes, designing complex test scenarios, and improving testing infrastructure in a modern engineering environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesQuality Assurance & Testing Strategy

• Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive test plans and test suites for our software solutions
• Build complex test scenarios simulating operational and edge-case environments
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage across web interfaces, backend systems, and integrated components
• Perform manual testing of new features and product updates
• Conduct functional testing across web applications and APIs
• Work with product documentation and requirements to ensure proper test coverage

Test Automation

• Write and maintain UI and E2E automated tests using JavaScript and Playwright
• Create and improve test automation solutions with a focus on scalability and maintainability
• Build and maintain stable regression test suites
• Support automated test runs and analyze results
• Expand automated test coverage across the product

Quality Processes & Collaboration

• Identify, document, and track software defects using issue-tracking systems
• Create strategies for test data generation and management
• Collaborate with engineering teams to identify, document, and resolve software defects
• Work closely with development, product, and operations teams to ensure quality at every stage of the product lifecycle
• Act as a quality advocate within the company, ensuring the best outcomes for the product and its users
• Ensure continuous visibility into product quality and testing status

Continuous Improvement

• Analyze recurring issues and improve testing processes
• Contribute to improving test coverage and testing infrastructure
• Understand business value from proposed QA processes and apply the most effective testing approach — manual, scripted, or automated — according to business needs

What We’re Looking ForTechnical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in UI / E2E test automation using JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Playwright
• Experience with Mocha test framework and Chai assertions
• Experience working with Linux environments
• Experience with Postman
• Hands-on experience with API testing (REST, collections, automated checks)
• Solid understanding of QA processes, test design, and regression testing

Nice to Have

• Experience with Python + Selenium
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Experience with test reporting tools (Allure or similar)

We are building the infrastructure that powers restaurant ordering, real-time WebSockets, and multi-tenant CDN delivery for thousands of users across Eastern Europe. Our platform runs on AWS EKS with Karpenter-managed node pools, served through CloudFront edge, and backed by MySQL RDS, Redis, and SQS — all provisioned through Terraform across three environments (dev / staging / prod).

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer who takes ownership of production systems and builds things that last. Not someone who runs commands — someone who designs the pipeline, writes the module, monitors the result, and fixes the alert at 10PM if needed.

This role owns the Kubernetes platform at the cluster level — you will administer node pools, manage upgrades, design topology changes, and support engineering teams deploying PHP/Laravel and Next.js workloads daily.

What you'll do

Infrastructure

• Manage and evolve AWS infrastructure using Terraform — modules, multi-region, Terraform Cloud remote state across workspaces
• Operate and tune Karpenter NodePools (spot + on-demand) for workload-specific isolation: backend, queue, transaction, websocket, and more

• Own EKS cluster lifecycle — version upgrades, node group migrations (currently AL2 → AL2023), IRSA, Velero backups

   

CI/CD

• Maintain Jenkins pipelines (EC2-hosted, x86 + ARM64 agents) with Groovy shared libraries
• Enforce security gates: Trivy container scanning, Hadolint Dockerfile linting, SonarQube quality checks

• Manage multi-arch Docker builds and ECR repositories per service

   

Observability

• Operate the ELK stack — Filebeat, Metricbeat, Elasticsearch, Kibana
• Maintain Grafana dashboards, Elastic APM, Pyroscope continuous profiling, and OpenTelemetry collector

• Tune CloudWatch alarms and Falco runtime threat detection

   

Security & Edge

• Manage CloudFront distributions with WAFv2 — IP allowlists, geo-blocking, rate limiting, origin header verification
• Administer secrets via AWS Secrets Manager + External Secrets Operator

• Maintain WireGuard VPN and network-level access controls

   

What we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years of hands-on DevOps or platform engineering in production
• Terraform at team scale: modules, remote state, peer review, deployed to production — not just local experiments
• AWS: EKS, VPC, CloudFront, WAF, RDS, ALB, IAM, Secrets Manager, SQS, S3 — at depth, not surface level
• Kubernetes: cluster-level thinking — RBAC, ingress, PodDisruptionBudgets, node group management, helm charts, troubleshooting OOMKills and failed rollouts
• Jenkins or equivalent CI/CD tool with real pipeline ownership
• Python or Bash scripting for automation

Eatery Club is a restaurant-tech platform live in 10+ markets. We’re hiring a designer whose core strength is graphic and brand work: marketing creatives, presentations, website visuals — and who has enough product sense to jump into UI when the team needs it.

Most of your week goes to brand and marketing output. Some of it to backing up our product designers on UI. You’re the person who keeps Eatery Club looking consistent across everything we ship, working directly with marketing, sales, and product.

Key ResponsibilitiesGraphic Design & Marketing Creatives

• Design creatives for social, email campaigns, and banners
• Build and maintain branded templates: presentations, one-pagers, case studies, proposals
• Design and update visuals for the company website: landing pages, section layouts, imagery
• Create illustrations, icons, and other visual assets for marketing and content
• Keep everything inside the brand system, consistent across channels
• Work with marketing to turn campaign concepts into actual creatives

Presentations

• Build polished, on-brand presentations in Figma
• Develop slide templates and reusable design systems for internal and external decks
• Help leadership and sales turn rough ideas into slides that read clearly

UI Design (Supporting Role)

• Design screens and components for web and mobile product features when needed
• Apply and maintain the product’s component library in Figma
• Prepare design specs and assets for developer handoff
• Participate in UI reviews and ensure visual consistency across the product

What We’re Looking ForMust-Have Skills

• ~2+ year of commercial graphic or visual design experience
• Strong proficiency in Figma for both marketing layouts and UI design
• Solid Adobe Creative Suite — mainly Illustrator and Photoshop
• A real portfolio of marketing creatives: social, banners, ads, email
• Experience designing and laying out presentations (pitch decks, sales decks, reports)
• Strong eye for typography, composition, color, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work within a brand system and keep output consistent across touchpoints
• Confident use of Git or cloud-based file versioning (Figma, Google Drive, Notion)

Nice to Have

• Motion / animated creatives (After Effects, Lottie, Rive)
• Basic web design sense: layouts, responsiveness, CMS constraints
• Experience working in B2B SaaS or tech product environments
• Designing for several languages/markets at once (we run UA, EN, and more)
