Eatery Club is a POS-agnostic, white-label platform that helps restaurant brands run their own digital ordering and guest engagement channels. Our products include self-service kiosks, mobile apps, web and QR ordering, Order & Pay, loyalty, and tools for restaurant teams.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to own the end-to-end product experience across guest-facing and restaurant-facing products. Your primary focus will be product design, the design system, and a scalable multi-brand experience. You will work directly with Product and Engineering, with occasional support for client launches and commercial materials.

This is a high-autonomy individual contributor role, so we’re looking for someone who can frame problems, make informed trade-offs, deliver implementation-ready designs, and verify the quality of what reaches production.

Responsibilities

• Work with Product, Engineering, support feedback, and available product data to define problems before designing solutions
• Design and improve end-to-end flows across kiosks, mobile apps, web and QR ordering, Order & Pay, and restaurant administration tools.
• Cover the complete experience, including loading, empty, error, validation, accessibility, localization, and platform-specific states.
• Evolve the Figma design system, tokens, components, patterns, and documentation.
• Translate client brand guidelines into scalable themes and reusable configuration patterns without fragmenting the core product.
• Create prototypes and implementation-ready specifications, then review the released interface with developers.
• Use AI-assisted tools where they improve research, exploration, prototyping, content adaptation, or repetitive production work; validate the resulting UX and code rather than accepting generated output uncritically.
• Occasionally support the Eatery Club website and commercial materials when product priorities allow.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of commercial Product Design or UI/UX experience
• Portfolio showing shipped digital products and the reasoning behind key decisions.
• Experience building or evolving component-based design systems in Figma.
• Ability to work from an ambiguous problem through discovery, design, handoff, and implementation QA.
• Experience collaborating directly with engineers and making scope–quality trade-offs.
• Ability to prioritize independently as a senior individual contributor.
• Practical experience using AI-assisted tools, with at least one example explaining what was automated, what remained a human decision, and how quality was validated.
• English sufficient for working with international clients and partners

Experience with white-label or multi-brand products will be a strong advantage.
