We actively scale our B2B direction, we are looking for a Product Owner to help us evolve and scale our platform, drive the development of internal services and modules, and ensure their business value and technical consistency. As a Product Owner, you are responsible for translating product vision and business priorities into a clear, structured, and actionable backlog that the team can confidently deliver.

You act as the single point of entry for requirements into the team, ensuring focus, clarity, and alignment between business goals, product strategy, and technical execution. You work closely with the Product Manager, delivery teams, and stakeholders to maximize product value while maintaining sustainable delivery.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and maintain a prioritized, transparent, and outcome-oriented product backlog;
• Translate product vision and strategic goals into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria, Definition of Ready (DoR), and Definition of Done (DoD);
• Serve as the single source of truth for requirements within the team — filtering incoming requests, removing noise, and preserving focus on high-value work;
• Work closely with the Product Manager to align sprint priorities, success metrics, and expected outcomes;
• Balance business priorities with technical needs to ensure sustainable product evolution without accumulating technical debt;
• Actively participate in sprint ceremonies: refinement, planning, demos, and retrospectives, providing context and clarity to the team;
• Ensure the team clearly understands not only what needs to be built, but why it matters for the product and users;
• Analyze the impact of delivered features using data (adoption, usage, conversion, error rates) and adjust priorities accordingly;
• Communicate status, risks, and expectations clearly to the Product Manager, PMO, and stakeholders;

• Foster a collaborative culture with engineering teams, respecting technical expertise and supporting joint decision-making.

   

You have these superpowers

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a product or delivery team;
• Experience in iGaming environment must have (B2B or B2C);
• Proven ability to turn product vision and strategy into concrete, deliverable outcomes;
• Strong backlog management skills — your backlog is always structured, prioritized, and meaningful;
• Ability to explain why a feature matters, not just what needs to be built;
• Solid understanding of Agile and Scrum in practice, with experience supporting stable sprint execution;
• Experience working with product metrics and understanding how to measure feature success (adoption, usage, conversion, impact);
• Strong communication skills and the ability to align business expectations with delivery realities;
• Confidence in working with tools such as Jira, Confluence;

• Ability to balance user value, business priorities, technical constraints, and realistic delivery scope.

As we actively scale our B2B direction, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager – AML & Fraud to lead the strategic evolution of our Risk & Compliance domain within the platform and ensure its scalability, automation level, and regulatory alignment. As a Senior Product Manager – AML & Fraud, you will own the strategic development of the platform’s Risk, Fraud, AML, and Responsible Gambling capabilities. You will be responsible for designing and evolving a centralized Risk & Fraud ecosystem within Back Office — covering fraud detection, transaction monitoring, AML compliance, player risk scoring, multi-account detection, verification flows, and automation logic.

Your goal is to build a scalable, configurable, and regulator-ready Risk Platform that:

• protects brands from financial and reputational loss,
• supports compliance across multiple jurisdictions,
• automates operational workflows for Risk Managers,

• integrates seamlessly with Payments, Games, PAM, CRM, and other modules.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and drive the AML & Fraud product vision across the platform, aligning it with our B2B scaling and regulatory strategy;
• Build and execute a structured roadmap for Risk, AML, Fraud, and Responsible Gambling capabilities;
• Design and evolve core risk systems, including fraud rule engine, multi-account detection, transaction monitoring, dynamic player risk scoring, and AML screening (sanctions, PEP, adverse media, SoF triggers);
• Develop automation logic for alerts, limits, restrictions, penalties, and account actions to reduce manual workload and increase operational efficiency;
• Shape and enhance Risk & Fraud tooling within Back Office (Player Card, alerts, fraud points, manual restrictions, multiaccounts) to support Risk teams’ daily operations;
• Define and monitor key risk KPIs such as fraud rate, chargebacks, false positives, time-to-detection, and AML case processing time;
• Ensure regulatory readiness, including reporting capabilities (e.g., SAR/STR exports) and support for multi-license environments;
• Initiate and coordinate cross-functional platform changes impacting Payments, PAM, Games, Bonus System, and CRM in collaboration with Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Risk Operations;

• Increase automation and configurability of the Risk domain to support multi-brand, multi-tenant scalability.

   

You have these superpowers

• 5+ years of experience as Product Manager in B2B SaaS;
• Strong experience in iGaming Risk / AML / Fraud domain (B2B or B2C);
• Deep understanding of:
• KYC / AML regulations
• Transaction monitoring
• Fraud detection mechanisms
• Risk scoring models
• Sanctions & PEP screening
• Experience building rule engines or configurable compliance systems;
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to define scoring logic;
• Ability to design systems combining automation + manual workflows;
• Experience working cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams;

• Strong system thinking — understanding how Risk integrates with Payments, PAM, Bonus, Games.

As a Technical Product Manager, you will serve as a key link between our B2B clients (brands), business stakeholders, and engineering teams. Your goal will be to analyze business requests, translate them into clear technical requirements, and ensure the consistent evolution of our platform in line with market and client demands.

What you’ll be doing

• Work closely with brands (partners) and internal stakeholders to gather, structure, and clarify business needs;
• Formulate product requirements and technical specifications for existing and new services/modules based on business inputs and platform constraints;
• Build a deep understanding of the iGaming platform’s architecture, internal modules, microservices, and integrations;
• Drive the development of internal platform modules, ensuring they are scalable, reusable, and aligned with product and technical strategy;
• Research and validate new functionality ideas through competitor analysis, industry trends, client feedback, and internal data;
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Coordinators to ensure end-to-end clarity and alignment;
• Facilitate communication across cross-functional teams to ensure consistent delivery and understanding of how services interact and evolve;
• Identify opportunities to optimize or extend platform functionality based on usage metrics and customer needs;

• Participate in client discovery sessions, feedback loops, and post-integration reviews to ensure business value delivery.

• Experience working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical limitations and opportunities;
• Excellent analytical and system thinking skills — you can break down complex systems and find optimal paths to evolve them;
• Familiarity with iGaming platform modules such as Casino Games, Bonus System, Betting, Payments, KYC & Anti‑Fraud, and others;
• Ability to conduct competitive and market analysis, and gather insights from client interviews, surveys, and usage data;

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

— Досвід роботи з MongoDB, MySQL або PostgreSQL
— Розуміння систем черг (RabbitMQ, Kafka)
— Досвід роботи з Redis
— Досвід із highload-системами: блокування БД, конкуренція, рівні ізоляції, реплікація
— Розуміння SOA/мікросервісної архітектури та розробки REST API
