About the role
 

We are now looking for a Partner / Co-Founder in Marketing (CMO) to join a Ukrainian-born app builder creating mobile applications for Tier-1 markets. Today, our focus is on HealthTech - but our ambition is much bigger: we aim to explore and scale across other lifestyle, wellness, and productivity niches.

We operate as a startup studio: rapid hypothesis testing, fast MVP releases, data-driven decisions, and scaling what works.
The team already covers product, design, analytics, and development - the missing piece is marketing leadership.

 

Who We’re Looking For
 

We are looking for someone ready to leverage your performance marketing know-how to launch a product with great potential.

You are a strong fit if you:

• have 3+ years of experience in performance marketing for mobile apps (Meta, Google, TikTok, ASA, etc.);
• understand UA, retention, and monetization mechanics;
• skilled at discovering winning creative approaches, validating growth ideas, and allocating budgets effectively.;

• can work at the intersection of product and marketing;

  
  
   

Your main tasks
 

• Build and lead the User Acquisition & Growth strategy for our apps.
• Launch and optimize performance campaigns across multiple channels.
• Validate marketing hypotheses and discover scalable growth loops.
• Take responsibility for key marketing KPIs
• Shape the product vision together with co-founders.
• Lay the foundation for a future marketing team once scaling begins.

About the role:
 

We are developing an AI-driven platform that transforms healthcare delivery by enabling health systems to provide truly personalized care at scale. The technology leverages machine learning to understand patients, support clinicians in real time, and generate accurate documentation — helping improve outcomes, reduce non-beneficial care, and align treatment with each patient’s quality-of-life goals.

Key responsibilities
 

• Own the technical architecture of the platform – design, build, and maintain scalable infrastructure for ML, data processing, and product delivery.
• Translate business and clinical needs into elegant, performant, and compliant technology – from proof of concepts to production.
• Build and maintain robust data pipelines to handle video, audio, EMR data, and natural language inputs.
• Develop and fine-tune ML models that support real-time coaching, sentiment analysis, and personalized documentation.
• Lead full-stack product development for internal tools, clinician-facing apps, and workflow integrations (e.g., Epic, ambient AI platforms).
• Collaborate cross-functionally with clinicians, researchers, and design to create solutions that are both clinically effective and technically feasible.
• Drive experimentation, iteration, and validation – balancing speed with safety in healthcare-grade deployments. Implement best practices for data privacy, security, and compliance (e.g., HIPAA).
• Lead technical planning for clinical studies and research pilots (option to serve as PI if desired).
• Help build out and lead a high-performing engineering team as the company scales.

Job requirements
 

• Experience with direct ownership over product, code architecture, or platform codebases.
• Deep fluency in Python, ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow), and production-grade backend systems.
• Experience building and deploying ML or AI-powered features in real-world applications (bonus if healthcare-related).
• Proficiency in designing scalable infrastructure on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with audio, text, or multimodal data pipelines is a major plus.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and wearing multiple hats in a fast-moving startup environment.
• Care deeply about ethical AI and patient-centered technology.
• Prior startup or founding experience is a strong plus.
