We are looking for a Middle Elixir Developer with 3+ years of experience and AI expertise to contribute to an AI Governance product
 

Who are we?
Freshcode https://freshcodeit.jobs/ has been engaged in web and mobile development since 2014. Our team currently has 140+ employees from Ukraine and other countries. We focus on long-term projects (6+ months) with clients from Europe, the USA, and Australia. Our main stack includes JS (React, Vue, Node, React Native), .Net, as well as Clojure and Elixir.

We are passionate about functional programming and are among the few on the Ukrainian and European markets who use and promote Clojure. Freshcode has an internal Clojure Community, where 15 Clojure developers share knowledge and experience. We also sponsor and participate in industry conferences.

Project: A European startup that has been on the market for several years, helping organizations with safe and reliable AI integration into products and business processes. The SaaS platform enables companies not only to manage risks and comply with new regulatory requirements, but also to build policies, standards, and mechanisms for developing, deploying, and further using artificial intelligence.
 

Stack: Elixir, Phoenix, LiveView, PostgreSQL, AWS (ECS, S3, RDS), CI/CD, Git, Terraform, Docker
Team: 3 Developers, Designer, Product Lead
 

Responsibilities:
– Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services with Elixir, Phoenix, and LiveView
– Full feature lifecycle: from idea to production and monitoring
– Participate in architectural decision-making
– Optimize development, deployment, and CI/CD processes
– Collaborate with product lead, designer, and engineering team
– Perform code reviews, provide mentorship, and share knowledge with the team
 

Requirements:
– 3+ years of experience with Elixir and Phoenix
– Proficiency with LiveView
– Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL
– Background in integrating and using AI services/APIs
– Familiarity with AWS (ECS, S3, RDS)
– Skills in setting up CI/CD and managing workflows with Git
– English level: Upper-intermediate or higher
 

Will be a plus:
– Experience with Terraform

We are looking for a Clojure Developer with 6+ years of commercial development experience and Upper-intermediate English or higher to work on an AdTech product.
 

Who are we?

Freshcode is passionate about functional programming, especially Clojure. We run more than 10 projects with 15+ developers from different countries. Our company has a dedicated Clojure expertise center, where developers share knowledge and experience. We also sponsor industry conferences and contribute to the Clojure community, helping it grow and evolve.

Our Clojure team is working on projects in FinTech, HealthTech, and Data Science domains. We are now actively looking for developers for one of them.
 

Project:

A customer data platform that helps brands create a unified first-party database about their customers: it enables better understanding of user behavior, informed business decision-making, and improved customer experience.

The system aggregates various data sources and builds complete customer profiles using proprietary AI and machine learning techniques.

The solution automatically collects data from multiple channels: transactions (orders, purchases), user behavior on websites/apps, marketing interactions, CRM systems, loyalty programs, third-party sources, support teams, and offline sources (POS systems, call centers).
 

Stack:

Clojure, ClojureScript, Java, Kafka, React, Kubernetes, Docker, SQL, GraphQL, AWS, CI/CD, SaltStack
 

Development methodology: Agile, 2-week sprints
 

Team:

– On the client’s side: 25+ software engineers

– On our side: a sub-team of 3 Clojure developers will be formed
 

Responsibilities:

– Developing full-stack features using Clojure and ClojureScript

– Maintaining and enhancing existing functionality

– Implementing new product features

– Contributing to system architecture discussions
 

Requirements:

– 6+ years of commercial development experience

– 4+ years of Clojure experience

– Experience with ClojureScript

– Upper-intermediate English or higher
 

Would be a plus:

– Experience with Java, Kafka

– SQL and GraphQL knowledge

– Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD setup

– Experience with AWS

– React skills

– Experience with SaltStack

Проєкт: AI-агентська платформа, розроблена спеціально для юристів з антимонопольного права. Її мета — оптимізувати робочі процеси юристів, спрощуючи аналіз великого обсягу юридичної інформації та документів.
Вбудований штучний інтелект навчається на базі посібників і підручників з антимонопольного, конкурентного права та прямих іноземних інвестицій. Завдяки цьому він здатний розпізнавати складні або двозначні формулювання, швидко знаходити потрібну інформацію й допомагати фахівцям у підготовці та перевірці контрактів.

Стек: Python, OpenAI, Node.js, TypeScript, Next, Express, minio, drizzle
Команда: 2 Full stack developers з нашої сторони, 2 Full stack developers зі сторони клієнта.
