In this role, you will manage full-cycle recruitment for technical specialists and actively contribute to building effective HR processes in a remote-first environment. You will play a key role in shaping our team and supporting a positive, high-performing culture.

👥 Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: from sourcing candidates to offer and onboarding
• Hire IT specialists (developers, designers, project managers, etc.) for outsourcing projects
• Partner with department leads to understand hiring needs and team requirements
• Contribute to building and improving HR processes, including onboarding, 1:1, exit interviews 
• Support and strengthen a positive corporate culture within a distributed team
• Ensure a strong candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Help optimize recruitment workflows and HR strategies

Fourmeta is looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of high-quality web and mobile products for international clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring system reliability, scalability, and security.

⚙️ Responsibilities

• Build, maintain, and improve cloud infrastructure on AWS
• Support deployment and delivery processes for web and mobile applications
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines

• Configure and manage Docker-based environments

You will play a key role in developing, improving, and scaling mobile solutions with a strong focus on performance, stability, and user experience.

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using React Native
• Work with native modules and integrate them into React Native apps

• Integrate push notifications, deep linking, and in-app subscriptions
