We are looking for a Business Analyst (preferably with Project Management experience) to join a long-term Healthcare SaaS product development team. The platform is a modern EHR/EMR system built for healthcare clinics operating in the U.S. market, currently in the middle of its development phase.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in software product development
• Excellent spoken and written English (daily communication with U.S.-based team)
• Experience working with SaaS products
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Ability to structure information clearly and communicate with both tech and non-tech audiences
• Flexibility to work with a shifted schedule (1–2 hours overlap with U.S. time zones)
   

✅  Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in healthcare, especially with EHR/EMR systems
• Understanding of CRM systems and workflows
• Prior experience in Project Management
• Willingness to step in as a hybrid BA/PM when needed
• Residence in Kyiv and availability for hybrid office format 
   

✅  Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business and functional requirements
• Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, designers, and stakeholders
• Translate business needs into clear specs, user stories, flows, and diagrams
• Participate in planning sessions, backlog grooming, and demos
• Support the product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery
• Optionally manage tasks and delivery timelines as a hybrid BA/PM

We're currently looking for a Project Manager with strong Business Analysis skills to join our Kyiv team.
 

Important

• The first project will primarily involve working in the Business Analyst role, with a progressive transition into a blended PM/BA role across other projects.
• Only hybrid format in Kyiv (office near KPI/Shulyavska metro station).
   

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT project management for software development projects;
• Hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in client communication, requirements elicitation and documentation;
• Experience managing cross-functional medium-size teams;
• Practical knowledge of PM methodologies, preferably PMBoK (certification like PMP or CAPM — a plus);
• BA certifications (e.g., CBAP, CCBA, or similar) — a strong advantage;
• Proficient use of project management and BA tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, etc.);
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Proven ability to multitask and manage changing priorities;

• Upper-Intermediate+ English (written and spoken).

   

Team Setup

• Cross-functional team of local and world-based developers and domain experts;

• Direct interaction with foreign clients and product stakeholders.

   

Responsibilities
As Project Manager:

• Plan, execute, and deliver projects on time and within budget;
• Monitor project scope, resources, risks, and timelines;
• Lead cross-functional teams, ensuring accountability and motivation;
• Manage client expectations and communication;
• Perform integrated change control and risk management;
• Ensure timely and transparent reporting;
• Maintain clear and efficient stakeholder communication.
   

As Business Analyst (initial focus):

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements;
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and workshops;
• Create clear, structured documentation (SRS, BRD, user stories, flow diagrams, etc.);
• Collaborate closely with technical leads and product teams;
• Translate business needs into technical solutions;
• Support backlog grooming and roadmap alignment.
