Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will own the development and optimization of our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining new tools, widgets, and components to support marketing campaigns, conversion experiments, and various growth initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work effectively with designers, marketers, and conversion specialists.

• Take ownership of developing and optimising our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.
• Build and maintain new tools, widgets, and components to support marketing campaigns, CRO experiments, and growth initiatives.
• Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, CRO specialists, and the Development Team Lead within the Growth team to deliver impactful projects.
• Implement and maintain robust tracking solutions (GTM, GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot) to enable data-driven decision making.
• Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, accessible, and meet modern web performance standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve full-stack issues efficiently.
• Contribute to a strong development culture by following best practices (code reviews, Git workflow, testing, documentation).
• Act as a proactive partner to the marketing team, suggesting improvements, new features, and innovative solutions
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional web development experience, including corporate marketing websites.
• Proven full-stack skills with Next.js, React, WordPress, PHP, API integrations, and Git.
• Strong grasp of web performance optimisation, responsive design, accessibility standards, and testing/QA best practices.
• Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, analytics, and marketing tech integrations (GTM, GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot).
• Awareness of security and data privacy best practices in web development.
• Ability to balance speed and quality in a fast-moving marketing environment.
• Comfortable working at the intersection of marketing and technology, bridging creative ideas with technical execution.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a “can-do” attitude.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills — able to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders.

Senior Full-Stack Engineer (Python-first) with strong back-end depth and solid front-end

fluency. You’ll take ownership of core services and distributed evaluation pipelines, harden

them for scale and reliability, and help guide architecture as we grow from “works at scale”

to “enterprise-grade.” This is an IC role with a clear path to team lead as we expand.

Key Responsibilities
 

•  Design, build, and own Python microservices powering evaluation, gating, and optimization workflows
• Extend distributed compute for large-scale evaluations using Ray/Optuna (or similar)
• Architect cloud-native data/optimization pipelines with strong SLAs and fault tolerance
• Define and maintain clean APIs and event/async communication across services
• Drive performance, observability, tracing, and reliability (metrics, logs, alerts)
• Automate build/test/deploy with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
• Contribute to and integrate with the CLI/SDK and support light React/TypeScript UI needs
• Collaborate closely with the founder/CTO and product/design/devrel on roadmap and milestones

• Use LLM-assisted tooling to accelerate coding, reviews, documentation, and tests
  
  Required Skills & Experience

   

• 6+ years in software engineering with strong Python back-end experience
• Proven track record with distributed systems and microservices (async/event-driven)
• Hands-on with Ray, Optuna, or comparable distributed/optimization frameworks
• Strong API design, data pipeline design, and service-to-service integration skills
• Production experience on AWS/GCP/Azure; solid Kubernetes + Docker + CI/CD
• Working knowledge of React/TypeScript/Next.js for light full-stack tasks
• Obsessed with quality: testing, automation, code health, and continuous improvement
• Excellent communication in English; self-driven and comfortable in a fast-moving startup
  
  Nice to Have
• Experience with evaluation-driven or LLM-assisted development workflows
• Background in distributed optimization, experiment design, or scheduling at scale
• Deep observability chops (tracing, profiling, cost/latency budgeting)
• DevOps/SRE familiarity (infra-as-code, security hardening, multi-tenant SaaS)
• Data/ML plumbing (feature stores, vector DBs, retrieval)

• Contributions to developer tooling (CLI/SDKs) or platform enablement

• Manage the full life cycle recruitment process, including understanding vacancy requirements, sourcing candidates, rewriting CVs to company standards, interviewing candidates, and negotiating potential offers;
• Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media;
• Target qualified candidates and screen resumes identifying potential matches;
• Create, monitor, and maintain job postings on various job boards;
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, and experience;
• Creating a pipeline of candidates for various local technology roles;
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the recruiting process;
• Prepare weekly status reports;
• Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers.

Would be an advantage:

• Experience using advanced sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.);
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Ukraine, Poland and globally.
