We’re seeking a Senior Python Engineer with strong backend depth and solid frontend fluency to own core services, distributed pipelines, and high-impact architectural decisions. This is an IC role with a path to technical leadership. 

The team is building an evaluation-driven AI engineering platform that enables companies to evaluate, gate, optimise, and ship AI systems with software-level rigour.
The platform treats every AI configuration (model, prompt, retrieval, agent behaviour) as code and optimises it through large-scale experimentation on real workloads, integrating accuracy, cost, latency, and safety checks directly into CI/CD.
You will help evolve this system into a robust, enterprise-ready optimisation engine capable of handling millions of evaluations and supporting thousands of daily users.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and own Python microservices powering evaluation, gating, and optimisation workflows
• Extend distributed computing for large-scale evaluations using Ray/Optuna or similar
• Build cloud-native, fault-tolerant data and optimisation pipelines with strong SLAs
• Design clean APIs and event/async communication across services
• Improve performance, observability, tracing, and reliability (metrics, logs, alerts)
• Automate build/test/deploy workflows with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
• Contribute to the CLI/SDK and support light React/TypeScript UI needs
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering leadership
• Use LLM-assisted tooling for coding, documentation, reviews, and tests

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong Python backend expertise
• Experience with distributed systems and event-driven microservices
• Hands-on with Ray, Optuna, or similar optimisation frameworks
• Strong API and data pipeline design skills
• Production experience with AWS/GCP/Azure
• Solid knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Working knowledge of React/TypeScript/Next.js
• Close attention to code quality, testing, automation, and continuous improvement
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent English communication skills

In this role, you’ll plan, write, publish, and constantly improve content that actually gets read. You’ll work closely with our marketing, development, and product teams to create high-quality content that boosts visibility, engagement, and conversions without sounding boring or overcomplicated.

Responsibilities

· Write and publish all kinds of content for our website: blog articles, news posts, case studies, landing pages, service pages, white papers, eBooks, and sales materials

· Create short and catchy social media posts for LinkedIn

· Research trending topics in tech and bring fresh content ideas to the table

· Optimise new and existing content for relevant keywords using SEO and analytics tools

· Add compelling CTAs that guide readers and support lead generation

· Work closely with the marketing team to plan, launch, and fine-tune our content strategy

· Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers to turn technical know-how into clear, client-focused content

· Track how content performs and keep improving it based on data, not guesses

Requirements

· Advanced level of English

· 2+ years of experience in content writing or marketing content creation (tech is a big plus)

· Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to switch tone depending on the format and audience

· Experience improving content using an analytics-based, data-driven approach

· Hands-on experience with CMS platforms like WordPress

· Understanding of SEO basics, keyword research, and search intent

· A love for storytelling, paired with an organised and analytical mindset

· Great communication skills and a collaborative attitude

· Ability to work independently, juggle priorities, and hit deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

· Experience with SEO and marketing tools such as Ahrefs, Surfer SEO, or similar

· Ability to read performance metrics (traffic, rankings, engagement) and turn them into smart content improvements
