    Our team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Web Developer to join our Growth Marketing team. In this role, you will own the development and optimization of our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.

    You will be responsible for building and maintaining new tools, widgets, and components to support marketing campaigns, conversion experiments, and various growth initiatives. This position requires a blend of technical expertise and a proactive, collaborative mindset to work effectively with designers, marketers, and conversion specialists.


    ​​​​​Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of developing and optimising our marketing websites and landing pages, ensuring they are fast, scalable, and user-friendly.
    • Build and maintain new tools, widgets, and components to support marketing campaigns, CRO experiments, and growth initiatives.
    • Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, CRO specialists, and the Development Team Lead within the Growth team to deliver impactful projects.
    • Implement and maintain robust tracking solutions (GTM, GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot) to enable data-driven decision making.
    • Ensure websites are SEO-friendly, accessible, and meet modern web performance standards.
    • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve full-stack issues efficiently.
    • Contribute to a strong development culture by following best practices (code reviews, Git workflow, testing, documentation).
    • Act as a proactive partner to the marketing team, suggesting improvements, new features, and innovative solutions
       

    Requirements:

    • 5+ years of professional web development experience, including corporate marketing websites.
    • Proven full-stack skills with Next.js, React, WordPress, PHP, API integrations, and Git.
    • Strong grasp of web performance optimisation, responsive design, accessibility standards, and testing/QA best practices.
    • Hands-on experience with CRO, A/B testing, analytics, and marketing tech integrations (GTM, GA, Mixpanel, HubSpot).
