    We’re expanding our presence on Upwork and looking for a Lead Generation Specialist who can help us win high-quality projects by mastering Upwork bidding and outbound outreach.

     

    Your core mission:
     

    You’ll support our sales team by identifying and attracting qualified leads through Upwork and outbound platforms. You’ll help us analyse cover letters, fine-tune our proposal strategy, and optimise response rates through sharp research and smart positioning.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Monitor and qualify relevant Upwork job posts (in UX/UI, web design, branding)

    • Analyse competitor proposals, client profiles, and interview invites

    • Write clear, engaging and tailored cover letters (based on our templates + your research)

    • Track results and optimise messaging to increase reply rates

    • Collaborate with our Sales Manager and Creative Director on strategy

    • Use Upwork tools (Saved Searches, Proposals tracker, Metrics dashboard)

    • Support off-platform outreach: LinkedIn, Apollo, Snovio, Dripify

    • Use ChatGPT & Perplexity for fast market research and email creation

     

    What you’ll need:

    • Solid English (Upper-Intermediate+): written and spoken

    • 6+ months in B2B sales, lead gen, or Upwork bidding (agencies or SaaS a plus)

    • Clear communication, attention to detail, and strategic mindset

    • Confidence working with AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Notion AI)

    • Strong research skills: you dig for insights before you write

    • Ability to work with repetitive tasks (daily bidding = consistency)
