We focus on software-first products that use the power of tech to boost productivity. We primarily invest at seed. Occasionally, we do pre-seed, focusing on second-time founders. Our average check is $500k, but we can go as low as $200k and as high as $2M with follow-ons. We are a fund of entrepreneurs who know how hard it is to build a company. Our team helps founders with growth, recruiting, PR, business development, and investment relations.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Talent Sourcer, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.

What you will do:

• you'll be responsible for sourcing talents to our portfolio companies;
• searching for non-tech and tech roles;
• build diverse talent pipelines through LinkedIn and other recruiting platforms;
• leverage the CRM/talent pools to engage with passive talent and convert them into candidates;
• prepare analytics for weekly status meetings with the hiring manager.
   

About you:

• you have 6 months of experience in sourcing;
• practical knowledge of active sourcing tools and techniques, experience finding candidates directly using a variety of different sources;
• understanding of different types of companies, and how they operate;
• experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc) will be a plus;
• excellent communication skills in English - at least upper-intermediate.

Currently, we are looking for an experienced Middle Talent Acquisition specialist, who will work closely with our portfolio companies to hire the best talents for their team.
 

What you will do:

• coordinate full-cycle recruitment;
• proactively source for new candidates using various channels;
• conduct pre-screen calls and HR interviews to evaluate candidates based on their experience and cultural fit;
• gather and provide feedback to candidates during the hiring process;
• lead the preparation of job offers and negotiate compensation;
• work with hiring managers and interviewers, identify unique selling points;
• prepare analytics for conducting weekly status meetings with the hiring manager;
• prepare market research.
   

About you:

• at least 1 year of experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition specialist;
• experience at product IT companies/startups and/or agencies;
• experience in recruiting non-tech positions (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, etc) will be a plus;
• strong interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills;
• English - at least Upper-Intermediate.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead hiring across our portfolio companies and act as a strategic recruitment partner for founders and hiring managers.

You will not just close roles — you will build hiring strategies, shape talent pipelines, and influence company growth from day one.

What will you do:
 

• Own end-to-end recruitment for multiple portfolio companies (tech & non-tech roles);
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring strategy, role requirements, and positioning;
• Build proactive pipelines using advanced sourcing strategies, LinkedIn, outbound, and talent mapping;
• Conduct in-depth interviews and assess candidates on skills, culture fit, and growth potential;
• Drive offer preparation and compensation negotiation with candidates and stakeholders;
• Provide data-driven hiring analytics (funnels, time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, market insights);
• Continuously improve recruitment processes, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.
   

About you:

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment (product companies, startups, or agencies)
• Proven track record of closing complex roles (tech or business) and working with multiple stakeholders
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to build long-term pipelines
• Experience in hiring non-tech roles (Marketing, Sales, CS, Operations) is a plus
• Data-driven mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• English Upper-Intermediate or higher
