Project Manager (Integrations/Apps)
Full Remote · Countries of Europe or Ukraine · 4 years of experience · B1 - IntermediateAt FluidLabs, we build solutions for Startups and Enterprise companies, working with them closely to ensure we deliver real value. We are looking for someone who is a quick learner, who will be able to analyze the logic and use cases for each extension app, structure them into clear documentation, and prepare them for release.
This is not a traditional PM role. Here you’ll need to think like an analyst, pay strong attention to detail, and still keep the bigger picture in sight. Most importantly you should be able to uncover the real value of each app: how it works for the user and how it can generate a steady flow of users by solving their real use-cases within DocuSign Maestro.
Key responsibilities:- Research new integrations and apps: analyze logic, classification, and business use cases.
- Prepare clear documentation and descriptions for release.
- Verify app functionality through manual checks and basic testing.
- Collaborate with the team to clarify requirements and use scenarios.
- Identify the real value of each app: how it works for users and how it can drive client flow.
- Coordinate the integration process (2–3 apps per month) and ensure deadlines are met.
Must-have technical skills:
- Ability to study systems quickly: set up trial accounts, navigate product UIs, and documentation.
- Experience working with technical documentation (reading, analyzing, preparing descriptions).
- Basic understanding of APIs and integration processes.
- Manual testing skills (validating functionality and user scenarios).
- Proficiency with task and documentation management tools (Jira, Confluence, or similar).
- English level B1+ (for reading documentation and basic communication).
Nice to have:
- Experience with SaaS products or integration platforms.
- Understanding of user flows and basic UX logic.
- Basic data analysis skills (Excel, Google Sheets, or simple SQL queries).
- Background in business analysis, technical writing, or QA.
- Familiarity with modern research and automation tools (e.g., Postman, Swagger, Notion, Airtable).
Hiring Stages:
- HR Interview – motivation, experience, culture fit.
- Test Assignment – documentation analysis, use case description, attention to detail.
- Final Interview – test discussion, case studies, competency check.
- Offer – final decision and job proposal.
What we offer:
- Long-term collaboration on meaningful projects
- A passionate team with a healthy, positive culture
- Enterprise-level projects with real technical challenges
- Room to grow - both professionally and personally
- Paid holidays and time off
Work terms:
- Working hours: 11:00–20:00 (Kyiv time)
