Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and grow partnerships with SEO affiliates across Tier 1 markets
• Analyze affiliate performance using tools like Ahrefs, Humble, Similarweb, and other analytics platforms to identify opportunities and improve results
• Negotiate and manage deals using various payment models (RS, Hybrid, CPA, Flat Fee)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of successful experience in iGaming affiliate management for Tier 1 markets (product-side experience required)
• Proven expertise with SEO traffic acquisition and evaluating SEO-based affiliate performance
• Proficiency with Ahrefs, Humble, Similarweb, and other analytical tools
• Existing affiliate network in the target GEOs and strong understanding of market specifics
• Experience with Affilka or SoftSwiss platforms is a strong plus
• Competence in Power BI, Tableau, or similar data analytics tools
• English level: B2 or higher

About the Role

We are searching for a skilled Content Writer fluent in English and Spanish  with experience in the iGaming industry, covering both sports betting and casino segments. The ideal candidate will create compelling, clear, and accurate content that supports marketing campaigns, CRM communications, promotions, and customer engagement. Basic knowledge of sports betting and an understanding of CRM-driven content, including promotional pages, terms & conditions, is highly desirable. This role combines product ownership, commercial thinking, and operational excellence. You will work cross-functionally with CRM, Payments, VIP, Analytics, and Marketing teams to optimize player experience and maximize product performance.

• Own the day-to-day performance and development of the product across LATAM markets

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in iGaming payments operations, understands payment flows, PSP integrations, and knows how to quickly identify and resolve issues affecting payment performance.

This is a highly operational role, requiring strong attention to detail, ownership, and the ability to independently manage relationships with payment providers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor the performance and availability of all payment methods and providers
• Track key payment metrics, identify anomalies, and proactively investigate issues
• Communicate directly with PSPs and payment providers regarding incidents, technical issues, and operational matters
