We launched our first market with Leobank in Azerbaijan in 2021, where we have already established market leading positions. Our next market was Vietnam, where we launched Liobank in early 2023 and also gained solid traction.

We have a few more new markets in the pipeline for the next 12 months, and we are starting to build the team there.

    Profile Summary
    We are seeking a highly collaborative IT Analyst to join our fast-paced fintech delivery environment. This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, system analysis, and agile execution, working closely with business leads, scrum teams, and product owners across value streams to deliver scalable, compliant, and user-centric financial products.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Document and validate business requirements from stakeholders and product leads
    • Analyze and map value streams, processes, and customer journeys
    • Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
    • Perform impact analysis, system behavior mapping, and interface design
    • Prepare requirements, data contracts, and integration logic
    • Engage with architects, developers, and QA for feasibility reviews
    • Actively participate in sprint ceremonies: planning, grooming, reviews, retrospectives
    • Maintain up-to-date epics, stories, and documentation in JIRA/Confluence
    • Support backlog grooming, refinement, and functional walkthroughs
    • Assist with UAT planning and coordinate defect triaging and resolution

    Must-Have Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in combined Business Analyst / System Analyst roles, ideally in fintech or digital banking
    • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and experience working directly with scrum teams
    • Proven experience with API analysis, data mapping, and system interface specifications
    • Excellent communication skills to liaise between business and technical stakeholders
    • Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Swagger/Postman
    • Open to using AI-powered tools and patterns for automation, data analysis, and process optimization

    Preferred Skills

    • Background in financial services, especially in domains like lending, KYC, onboarding, or payments
    • Familiarity with data formats (JSON, XML) and SQL for data validation

    The Role:
    The Information Security Officer is a senior-level role responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a comprehensive information security strategy to protect digital banking assets, operations, and customer data. This includes integrated security architectures, compliance with global standards (PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001), and proactive risk management across all digital services and infrastructure.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Security Strategy & Governance
       
      • Develop, lead, and continually refine the digital bank security program in line with business goals.
      • Define security policies and controls aligned with ISO/IEC 27000 standards family and PCI DSS and local market regulatory requirements.
      • Coordinate with executive leadership to embed security into enterprise risk management.
    • Integrated Security Solutions
       
      • Architect and implement end-to-end security solutions across cloud (AWS), on-prem, and hybrid environments.
      • Integrate SIEM, DLP, PAM, DAM, IAM, WAF, secure SDLC pipelines.
      • Manage relationships with security vendors, and platform providers.
    • Risk Management & Compliance
       
      • Lead risk assessments and mitigation planning across technology and operational areas.
      • Own PCI DSS and ISO/IEC certification programs, audits, and remediation efforts.
      • Ensure compliance with GDPR, DPSC, other local data protection regulations where applicable.
    • Incident Response & Business Continuity
       
      • Maintain and exercise incident response and disaster recovery plans.
      • Oversee forensic investigations, breach containment, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
    • Training & Awareness
       
      • Cultivate a culture of security across the organization.
      • Design and deliver security awareness and phishing simulation programs.

    Required Skills & Qualifications:

    • Education & Certifications:
       
      • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field.
      • Certifications: CISM, CISA, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor, PCI DSS ISA/QSA (preferred).
    • Experience:
       
      • Minimum 6–8 years in Information Security, with 3+ years in a leadership role in banking or fintech.
      • Proven experience implementing PCI DSS, ISO/IEC 27001, and managing certification cycles.
      • Experience in managing integrated security platforms and tooling.
      • Familiarity with Open Banking APIs and PSD2 security requirements.
    • Technical:
       
      • Deep understanding of cryptography, secure architecture design, data tokenization, and anonymization.
      • Strong knowledge of DevSecOps, secure coding practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
      • Fluency in threat modelling and AI tools usage.

    Preferred:

    • Experience with container security (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud-native tools (e.g., AWS Security Hub).

    • Knowledge of fraud prevention systems and transaction monitoring.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Perform business analysis and define requirements for Credit Decision Systems (CDS) with a focus on credit risk management.
    • Break down complex problems and manage the delivery process, collaborating with multiple teams and stakeholders.
    • Lead CDS changes through the entire lifecycle — from hypothesis to testing, implementation, and continuous improvement.
    • Analyze large datasets to detect patterns, assess credit performance, and enhance risk models.
    • Design and automate credit portfolio performance reports.
    • Document all relevant business processes to ensure clarity and scalability across teams.

    Who You Are

    • ✅ Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within financial services or credit risk domains.
    • ✅ Previous exposure to retail risk management or credit underwriting is a strong plus.
    • ✅ Deep understanding of project management frameworks (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
    • ✅ Strong collaboration and communication skills — especially when working with IT / data teams.
    • ✅ Analytical mindset with a structured, systematic approach.

    Your Role:
    As a Support Engineer (Line 3), you’ll be responsible for investigating issues deeply within logs, databases, and backend processes, providing fixes, and supporting stable product operation across multiple markets.

    What You Will Be Doing:

    • Analyzing issues based on logs, database data, and system processes
    • Investigating complex technical incidents escalated from Line 2 support
    • Providing bug fixing for production issues
    • Collaborating with developers to identify root causes and implement fixes
    • Writing technical documentation for known issues and their resolution paths
    • Participating in post-mortem analysis to prevent recurring problems
