Finesquare

We're seeking an experienced Product Designer to join Finesquare and develop digital products from the ground up.

You'll be:

• Create end-to-end product design: from discovery to final handoff
• Conduct UX research, user testing, and data-driven iterations
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes
• Contribute to and maintain our design system and UI kit
• Ensure consistency across touchpoints (desktop, mobile, email)
• Present and defend design decisions with a clear rationale

You need:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product UX/UI Designer (Web & Mobile)
• Strong portfolio
• Proficiency in Figma
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment
• English

• Create brand identities from the ground up — including logos, typography, color palettes, brand guidelines, and visual systems
• Design key brand assets like pitch decks, social media kits, and landing pages
• Collaborate with early-stage founders and our creative team to define a brand’s visual direction
