We’re expanding our team and seeking a strong, results-oriented Sales Representative - ideally a male candidate who thrives in a high-performance, target-driven environment and brings a proven background in strategic sales, customer consulting, and deal closing.This role is for someone confident on the phone, experienced in consultative selling, and comfortable navigating e-commerce platforms. You’ll be engaging with customers across multiple channels - calls, chats, and follow-ups - with the goal of turning every interaction into a successful sale.
We value discipline, initiative, and performance — not scripts. You’ll have the freedom to sell, the data to guide you, and the accountability to grow.
Core Responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound sales calls, build relationships, present tailored solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Manage live chats and incoming customer requests across multiple platforms, providing prompt, persuasive, and helpful support that leads to conversions.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase lead conversion, reactivation, and upsell rates.
- Consult customers to identify their needs and recommend the most suitable water filtration solutions.
- Re-engage prospects who didn’t complete their purchase and follow up on warm leads through structured communication.
- Identify and act on cross-sell and upsell opportunities during customer interactions.
- Conduct cold outreach to potential B2C customers, maintaining consistent follow-ups and managing your lead pipeline effectively.
- Keep CRM data fully updated — log all interactions, notes, follow-up actions, and engagement statuses.
- Coordinate with warehouse and fulfillment teams to ensure smooth order processing and issue resolution, and process returns/replacements/refunds for customers.
Provide weekly sales reports and insights - summarize strategies used, results achieved, and recurring customer feedback.
Skills & Requirements
- Fluent in American English — excellent verbal and written communication with a confident, professional phone presence (no noticeable accent)- is a must
- Minimum 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail, or online product-based industries.
- Strong track record in consultative selling, strategic sales planning, and closing high-volume deals.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Zoho preferred) and skilled at managing sales pipelines.
- Comfortable managing multiple communication channels (phone, chat, email) efficiently and professionally.
- Experienced with order and fulfillment platforms such as ShipStation or similar tools.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and performance-driven, with a focus on measurable results.
- Schedule: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. EST (1-hour break).

What You’ll Do
- Develop and execute paid advertising strategies across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads, optimizing for conversions, ROAS, and growth.
- Plan, launch, and scale performance campaigns for product launches, promotions, and brand awareness.
- Create and manage engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, captions, visuals) aligned with brand goals and tone.
- Conduct audience segmentation, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve CTR, CPC, and CPA.
- Track and analyze KPIs across campaigns (reach, engagement, follower growth, CPL, ROAS, etc.) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Collaborate with the creative team on visuals and ad creatives that convert.
- Manage Filterway’s social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Engage with the community — respond to comments, DMs, and customer feedback.
- Research market trends, competitors, and emerging ad formats to stay ahead of algorithm changes.
- Suggest new ideas, partnerships, and influencer collaborations to expand reach and drive sales.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of proven experience in PPC advertising and social media marketing, ideally in e-commerce.
- Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Strong understanding of performance metrics, ad funnels, and audience behavior.
- Experience managing advertising budgets and scaling successful campaigns.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign tracking tools.
- Hands-on skills in Canva, Photoshop, or CapCut for creating ad-ready visuals.
- Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills for ads and social media.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Creative thinker who can balance ROI with brand authenticity.
- Experience in Amazon PPC or marketplace advertising is a strong plus.
