Ferla Bikes is a fast-growing U.S.-based company with two distinct divisions:

• Commercial Division – Serving entrepreneurs and corporations with innovative mobile business solutions
• Family Division – Designing two-wheel and cargo bikes for families and everyday riders

We are seeking an independent, open-minded, and highly motivated Social Media Manager to grow our digital presence across platforms.

This is a remote, full-time position for a creative professional who understands both B2B and B2C marketing and can build meaningful communities around our brand.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategy across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Reddit
• Grow and manage engaged communities on Facebook and Instagram
• Lead LinkedIn content development and growth (strong LinkedIn experience is a major plus)
• Support PR initiatives and brand storytelling
• Create and schedule content using Canva and other marketing tools
• Collaborate with leadership on campaigns for both divisions
• Maintain consistent brand voice across commercial and family audiences

Required Experience

• Proven Social Media experience (required)
• B2B and B2C marketing experience
• Familiarity with Canva and modern marketing software
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Availability to work until 11:00 AM Pacific Standard Time (U.S.)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Submit Portfolio with Application

Preferred / Bonus Experience

• Reddit community management (huge plus; training available)
• PR or media relations experience
• LinkedIn growth and engagement expertise

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our Commercial Bikes division. This role will drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through dynamic content and marketing campaigns across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Ferla’s commercial bikes and vending carts.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling content (videos, images, and copy) that highlights the functionality and success stories of our commercial bike clients.
• Community and Brand Management: Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and partners by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages. Foster relationships with Facebook and Instagram Community Groups. 
• Campaign Management: Launch targeted social media ad campaigns to increase product visibility and generate leads for the commercial bikes division.
• Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media content with broader business objectives.
