This role will drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation through dynamic content and marketing campaigns across social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive social media strategy tailored to Ferla’s commercial bikes and vending carts.
- Content Creation: Develop compelling content (videos, images, and copy) that highlights the functionality and success stories of our commercial bike clients.
- Community and Brand Management: Foster relationships with customers, influencers, and partners by actively engaging with followers and responding to comments/messages. Foster relationships with Facebook and Instagram Community Groups.
- Campaign Management: Launch targeted social media ad campaigns to increase product visibility and generate leads for the commercial bikes division.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze and report on social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align social media content with broader business objectives.
