About the Role

We are looking for a freelance designer with close-to-full-time availability for long-term collaboration.

Your main focus will be creating engaging social media visuals and viral YouTube thumbnails using advanced AI tools in your workflow.

Requirements

• Extensive experience working with social media content
• Proven experience creating viral YouTube thumbnails
• Strong portfolio showcasing relevant social media and digital work
• Confident use of AI tools in the design process
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

We are looking for a Content Researcher who can identify compelling real-life stories with strong emotional conflict and transform them into structured story concepts ready for development.

Responsibilities

• Search for compelling real-life stories, conflicts, and viral narratives
• Conduct research on Reddit, Google, Perplexity, forums, TikTok, YouTube, and other platforms
• Identify and filter stories with strong emotional hooks, clear conflict, and meaningful plot twists
• Structure each idea in a clear format (short synopsis, key characters, source link, and proposed hook/headline)
• Generate a high volume of strong story ideas on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment

What We’re Looking For

• Understanding of storytelling basics: hook, conflict, cliffhanger, emotional tension
• Ability to distinguish weak stories from emotionally compelling ones that truly connect with the audience
• Strong research skills and ability to work with large amounts of information
• Experience in media, journalism, content creation, scriptwriting, or storytelling is a plus
• Understanding of trends and viral content formats

Ми шукаємо режисерів із технічним мисленням, які вже працюють з інструментами і готові освоїти AI-генерацію як наступний етап своєї професійної роботи.

Що потрібно робити:

• Працювати з AI-інструментами генерації та монтажу відео
• Інтегрувати AI у класичні режисерські та монтажні процеси
• Освоювати нові інструменти та швидко застосовувати їх у роботі
• Виконувати продакшн-задачі та покращувати результат разом із командою
• Отримувати фідбек і оптимізувати процеси виробництва відео
  (підтримка з боку команди передбачена, але фокус — на практичній роботі)

Кого ми шукаємо:

Режисерів, режисерів монтажу та операторів-постановників із досвідом роботи з відео.

Обовʼязково:

• Зацікавленість у AI-інструментах та готовність працювати з новими технологіями
• Обовʼязкова технологічність: впевнене користування цифровими інструментами та вміння швидко опановувати нові тулзи
• Практичне розуміння процесів відеопродакшену та постпродакшену
• Англійська мова від B2
• Вміння працювати самостійно та в команді

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід роботи з AI-інструментами
• Досвід роботи з відео для digital-платформ
• Профільна освіта з режисури або монтажу
  (студенти від 3 курсу і вище — ок)
• Курси з режисури, монтажу або відеопродакшену
