Role Responsibilities:

• Develop AI agents
• Fine-tune SLMs and LLMs

• Participate in R&D activities of Data Science team

Required Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience with DL frameworks (PyTorch and/or TensorFlow)
• Hand-on experience with SLM and LLM fine-tuning
• Hand-on experience with RAG and AI Agents development
• Experience with Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, LangChain, LangSmith LlamaIndex, HaggingFace, OpenAI 
• Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search
• Strong Python programming skills
• Proficiency in Git (Bitbucket) and Docker

• Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher level of English

   

Would a Plus:

• AWS certifications (AWS Certified ML or equivalent)
• Experience with TypeSense
• Experience with speech recognition, speech-to-text ML models

Your Role

We’re looking for a Staff Software Engineer (QA) to elevate the quality of our platform through technical excellence, modern automation, and a strong focus on measurable results. You’ll play a key role in shaping and executing test strategies, contributing hands-on to our test automation frameworks, and using AI to drive smarter, faster, and more efficient testing.

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about software quality, brings deep expertise in QA engineering, and thrives in cross-functional environments. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps to deliver robust, scalable, and secure releases - leading by example and influencing quality across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead quality strategy and technical direction for test automation across web, mobile, and API layers.
• Design, build, and maintain advanced automated test frameworks using Playwright (JavaScript/TypeScript).
• Integrate BDD tools like Cucumber into your test approach to align with business outcomes.
• Drive adoption of tools like BrowserStack for cross-browser/device compatibility testing.
• Champion the use of AI/ML techniques to improve testing processes, coverage analysis, and defect prediction.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and DevOps to define and improve CI/CD pipelines, ensuring fast, reliable deployments.
• Monitor and improve key QA metrics such as defect leakage, test coverage, and regression stability.
• Contribute to platform performance, security, and usability validation through targeted automation and exploratory testing.
• Stay current with the QA ecosystem and introduce tools, processes, or frameworks to boost team efficiency.
• Advocate for quality across the development lifecycle, ensuring every release meets high standards of excellence.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Senior or Staff-level QA Engineer in agile, fast-paced product teams.
• Expertise in Playwright with strong JavaScript/TypeScript development skills.
• Hands-on experience with BDD, including Cucumber or similar frameworks.
• Experience using cloud-based cross-browser testing tools like BrowserStack.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, including integration of testing within Git-based workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements in testing efficiency and product quality.
• Practical experience applying AI to software testing, e.g., test case generation, impact analysis, or risk prediction.
• A mindset focused on delivery, ownership, and results - you ship high-quality features, fast.
• Natural collaborator and technical leader who leads by example and earns trust through code and solutions.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with visual regression, load testing, or security testing tools.
• Knowledge of containerization, microservices, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Contributions to open-source test automation libraries or communities.
