Position Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven SMM manager with a proven track record in social media management. The ideal candidate will have exceptional marketing and communicative skills, experience in managing several social media channels at the same time and experince in crypto/blockchain industry. As a SMM manager, in executing marketing strategies and driving tangible results for further growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market, audience, and competitor analysis;
- Development and implementation of social media strategies to achieve project goals and objectives;
- Management of social media channels, including but not limited to X, Reddit, Telegram, Discord;
- Creation of a content plan;
- Engagement with the community, response to comments and messages, and fostering positive relationships with users;
- Conducting social media activities (various quests, giveaways, cross-promotions);
- Creation and management of advertising campaigns;
- Monitoring the effectiveness of social media promotion to achieve set KPIs;
- Collaboration with designers and preparation of text tasks.
Key required skills and experience:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing/SMM management (content marketing, SMM, email marketing);
- Experience in the crypto/blockchain/fintech industry;
- Experience with Reddit, X, Telegram, Discord communities;
- Experience working with platforms for launching activities and quests (QuestN, Zealy, TaskOn, Galxe);
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment (providing briefs to designers, giving feedback, etc.);
- Highly responsible and organized, detail-oriented;
- English language proficiency at B1 level and above;
- Creativity, the ability to generate ideas and implement them in the form of content.
