Position Overview:

We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager with a proven track record in cultivating and closing B2B partnerships. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a deep understanding of the blockchain industry, and the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities. As a Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships to drive revenue and enhance our market position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and establish new B2B partnerships that align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential B2B partnership opportunities.
• Create scripts for communicating with key decision-makers for different channels.
• Enhance relationships with current customers by upgrading services and discovering new opportunities to expand the partnership.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
• Travel around the world to crypto conferences and establish B2B partnerships during meetings and events.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to prospective partners.
• Negotiate and close partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for all parties involved.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators related to partnership development.
• Create and regularly update partner plans on a quarterly basis.

Key skills and qualifications:

• 2+ years of proven sales experience in the B2B field;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a rapidly changing environment;
• Ability to work independently and in a team;
• Advanced level of English is required (minimum B2);
• Expertise in the cryptocurrency niche (candidate with previous experience at exchanges and related companies will be a priority for consideration).

We are currently looking for a B2B Partnership Marketing Manager to lead and scale our strategic collaborations across the crypto ecosystem. This role focuses on building relationships with wallets, exchanges, protocols, and other Web3 partners, driving joint marketing initiatives and measurable growth.

Key responsibilities:
 

• Develop and execute partnership marketing strategies to drive user acquisition and swap volume;
• Launch and manage co-marketing campaigns with wallets, exchanges, and ecosystem partners;
• Coordinate joint announcements, AMAs, Spaces, competitions, Zealy sprints, and cross-promotions;
• Identify new strategic partnership opportunities in the crypto/fintech space;
• Manage the full lifecycle of partnership activations from negotiation to execution and reporting;
• Work closely with BD and product teams to align marketing efforts with integrations;
• Track performance metrics and evaluate ROI of partnership campaigns;
• Build long-term relationships with ecosystem partners and key industry players;
• Work on increasing the volume of traffic, exchanges on the site;

Key required skills and experience:
 

• 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnership marketing, or business development;
• At least 1+ year of experience in crypto/Web3/fintech;
• Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem (wallets, exchanges, aggregators, DeFi);
• Experience running co-marketing campaigns and cross-channel activations;
• Good communication and negotiation skills;
• Advanced English (spoken and written);
• Analytical mindset and experience working with KPIs and performance metrics;
• Experience with social media, content marketing, and growth campaigns;
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-oriented.

Would be a plus to have:
 

• Experience working with wallets or exchange integrations;
• Understanding of cross-chain swaps, liquidity aggregation, or DeFi;
• Existing network within the crypto industry.
