As a Senior User Acquisition Manager you will take part in managing our app's BeautyUp (https://apps.apple.com/us/app/id1671843069) direct marketing activity. You will have the opportunity to play a vital role in driving the growth and success of BeautyUp's user base through strategic acquisition campaigns.

Responsibilities:

• Actively manage and carry out large-scale campaigns via various paid media channels;
• Develop benchmarks, set goals, plan and execute online marketing strategies;
• Create insightful, data-driven reports and draw meaningful conclusions that drive overall sales growth;
• Test, monitor and analyze performance and optimize according to KPIs;
• Design A/B tests to measure lift in campaign performance and improve conversion rate;
• Collaborate with internal creative team to create assets for campaigns.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience managing significant monthly direct marketing budgets ($100K and up) on Meta Ads;
• Experience with data analysis & marketing data platforms such as Power BI - a must;
• Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, strong Excel / Google spreadsheet skills;
• Diligent, proactive, highly organized team player;
• Ability to prioritize, plan and work independently, take initiative to find answers and make informed decisions;
• Understanding of subscription-based business models - a plus;

EXITEK is looking for a creative and tech-savvy AI Content Creator & Manager to help us scale high-performing visual content for social media and paid advertising. You will work at the intersection of creativity, marketing, and generative AI to produce and manage engaging visual assets for platforms like Meta and TikTok.

About the Role

This role focuses on creating, refining, and managing visual content using modern AI generative tools. You will be responsible for producing ad creatives, experimenting with new content ideas, and helping the marketing team rapidly test and scale winning concepts.

Responsibilities

• Generate high-quality images and visual assets using AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL·E, etc.)
• Create and iterate ad creatives for Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other social platforms
• Retouch, enhance, and adapt generated content using tools like Photoshop or similar
• Research and source content ideas, trends, and creative directions
• Collaborate with marketing and user acquisition teams to test and scale creative concepts
• Organize and manage a library of generated assets and prompts

Requirements

EXITEK is expanding its mobile development team and is looking for an experienced, self-organized Mobile Software Engineer to help evolve and scale our flagship product, BeautyUp. In this role, you will design and build high-performance mobile features, contribute to innovative image-processing solutions, and help shape the future of our mobile platform.

About the Role

You will work on developing advanced mobile functionality, collaborating closely with designers and engineers to deliver polished, performant, and user-focused features across both iOS and Android platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications for iOS and Android.
• Implement advanced image processing and graphics features.
• Build modern, responsive, and high-quality mobile user interfaces.
• Integrate and maintain third-party SDKs and services.

Requirements
