Exibeat is building a marketplace that helps electronic music producers and DJs share, discover, and exchange music in a simpler and more connected way. We launched our Beta Dec 8 and have already onboarded more than 1000+ early users. We plan to begin a pre-seed fundraising campaign at the start of 2026.
Our team of 6 includes our CEO/Product Lead, a UX/UI Designer, an Operations Manager, and two full-stack engineers at senior and junior levels.The role
We’re looking for someone who can balance content, community, and growth. You enjoy being creative, but you’re also comfortable working with data and setting up simple workflows. One moment you might be chatting with a DJ, the next planning content or checking analytics to see what’s working.
We’re a small, fast-moving team focused on organic growth. This role is about making a big impact with limited resources through smart, community-driven and guerrilla-style tactics.
What you’ll do
- Run small growth experiments and share results
- Lead social content, mainly on Instagram
- Plan content calendars and campaigns
- Do cold outreach via Instagram or email
- Build and support the Exibeat community
- Collaborate on onboarding, comms, and support
- Track engagement, retention, and growth
- Analyze data and share insights
Key goals: channel growth, user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Who you are
- A mix of content creator, community builder, and growth thinker
- Hands-on, independent, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable in fast-paced environments
- Into electronic music and its culture
- Fluent in English
- Curious, eager to learn, and excited about B2C growth marketing
What you know (or can learn fast)
- Instagram and social media tools
- Notion, Trello, Slack, Google Workspace
- Analytics tools like Amplitude are a plus
- Basic A/B testing and funnel tracking are a plus
- Startup or marketplace experience is a plus
