One day, an advisor joined my next startup. He built a multi-million dollar company using a highly personalized outreach as the main channel. Btw, later he sold this company!
 

So, from him, I learned that outreach can be done better:
- You need to prepare ICP and value props, even though they are your best guess
- You have to research & find companies and people matching your ICP and Buyer Persona
- Then write a sequence of messages with value props clicks on your BP's pains

I was doing this for 7 years manually, and when technologies got ready, I automated it, in the simplest way: using chat.

    - Leverage (or learn) prompt engineering skills
    - Help customers to get the most value (in replies & time saved)

    — What You'll Need —
    - 2+ years of experience in a startup previously - the must 

    - Authentic obsession with giving customers the best
    - The best verbal communication skills (yes, better the founder)
    - Experience with n8n/make will be a great plus

    - Develop integrations with AI (e.g. Perplexity, OpenAI) & 3rd party API (e.g. CRMs)
    - Leverage your prompt engineering skills to maximize the outcome
    - Horizontally work with founders in discussions on business & product topics

    — What You'll Need —
    - 1+ years of experience in a startup previously - the must 

    - Authentic obsession with giving customers the best
    - The best verbal communication skills (yes, better than the founder)
    - RAG & AI agents development and prompt engineering
    - API development and integration
    - Database design and optimization (SQL)
    - Development in cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure)
    - Patterns for asynchronous task processing (RabbitMQ, SQS, or similar)
    - Experience with n8n/make will be a great plus
