🧠 Requirements:
- Proven experience in selling design services (product, web, motion, and graphic design) within the IT industry is required;
- Understanding digital product design and its stages;
- Proficiency in Sales Navigator and lead management systems;
- Strong understanding of all stages of the sales process;
- Knowledge of how to work with different sales channels;
- Experience with email campaigns;
- Experience with Hubspot would be a plus;
- Advanced level of English;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Individual approach to every prospect;
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets;
- Attentive to details, responsible, honest, and friendly person;
- Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
💻 Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of generating qualified leads and converting them into new projects by implementing effective lead generation strategies aligned with the agency’s sales targets;
- Prospecting: identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments that can benefit from our digital product design services;
- Outreach: execute outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, different platforms, and networking events;
- Lead Nurturing: build and maintain relationships with leads through personalized follow-ups, providing valuable insights, and addressing their inquiries;
- Market Research: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt the lead generation strategy accordingly;
- Online calls with potential clients: presenting our design services to potential clients.
- Reporting: generate regular reports to update the management team on the status of lead generation efforts and results.
