    Hey there 👋 We are looking for a Sales Development Representative to help us grow our client base and bring in exciting new digital product design projects.
     

    🧠 Requirements:

    • Proven experience in selling design services (product, web, motion, and graphic design) within the IT industry is required;
    • Understanding digital product design and its stages;
    • Proficiency in Sales Navigator and lead management systems;
    • Strong understanding of all stages of the sales process;
    • Knowledge of how to work with different sales channels;
    • Experience with email campaigns;
    • Experience with Hubspot would be a plus;
    • Advanced level of English;
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    • Individual approach to every prospect;
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets;
    • Attentive to details, responsible, honest, and friendly person;
    • Creative problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach;
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
       

    💻 Responsibilities:

    • Take ownership of generating qualified leads and converting them into new projects by implementing effective lead generation strategies aligned with the agency’s sales targets;
    • Prospecting: identify and research potential clients, industries, and market segments that can benefit from our digital product design services;
    • Outreach: execute outbound lead generation campaigns through various channels, including email, LinkedIn, different platforms, and networking events;
    • Lead Nurturing: build and maintain relationships with leads through personalized follow-ups, providing valuable insights, and addressing their inquiries;
    • Market Research: stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to adapt the lead generation strategy accordingly;
    • Online calls with potential clients: presenting our design services to potential clients.
    • Reporting: generate regular reports to update the management team on the status of lead generation efforts and results.
