Project Overview:
You will be working on a high-load backend system that exposes a REST API acting as a proxy between client applications and multiple internal services. The API dynamically retrieves, filters, processes, and merges data from various sources based on client parameters. To ensure optimal performance and scalability, the system leverages caching mechanisms, message brokers (RabbitMQ or Kafka), and search technologies like Elasticsearch. The architecture is designed to support high throughput and low latency, making it ideal for real-time data delivery in demanding
environments.
 

About the job:
We are looking for a motivated Middle .NET Developer to join our dynamic team working on a high-load distributed system. You will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable backend services and APIs using modern .NET technologies. This role is ideal for someone with solid backend experience who is eager to deepen their expertise in distributed systems and microservices.
 

What You'll get to do:

• Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using .NET Core. 
• Contribute to the implementation and support of microservices architecture.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Senior QA engineer to join our team in Lviv!
 

What You'll get to do:
 

• Design, implement, and execute test strategies for integration projects, focusing on API, web, and mobile applications.
• Develop and maintain manual and automated test cases for REST APIs.
• Ensure end-to-end integration testing across backend services, third-party APIs, and client applications.

What You'll get to do:

Join our Platform business unit working on MoneyMatrix — a comprehensive product that offers a wide range of payment options, fraud prevention, and KYC (Know Your Customer) checks. We are looking for a passionate Trainee/Junior Specialist to help us maintain and configure this critical ecosystem.

What You'll get to do:

1. Advanced Incident Resolution

• Take ownership of escalated incidents from Customer Support.
• Conduct in-depth investigations and analysis of complex technical issues.
• Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
• Document and share incident resolution knowledge to enhance team capabilities.

2. Process Compliance and Documentation

• Ensure strict adherence to established processes, guidelines, and project-specific requirements.
• Work closely with incident management teams to systematically address recurring issues.
• Promote knowledge sharing by creating and improving technical documentation.

3. System Configuration

• Modify existing system configurations as needed.
• Add new configurations to support client-specific features.
• Set up rules using our internal no-code platform.

4. Client Integration

• Configure new clients within the system.
• Test workflows in staging and production environments prior to launch.

What You need to know:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant IT field (e.g., Computer Science, Computer Engineering).
• Work Management: Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet stringent deadlines.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional research and analytical skills.
• Communication: Technical writing and verbal communication skills in English (at least B1 level).
• Data Tools: Experience in data analysis and report writing using MS Excel.
• Collaboration: Adept at cross-team collaboration.

Nice to Have

• Prior Experience: Any experience in an IT company, preferably in roles like Developer, DevOps, Sysadmin, or other technical positions.
• Logs & Monitoring: Experience in Log Management (Elasticsearch/Kibana) and monitoring services (Grafana, New Relic).
• Technical Tools: Postman, Chrome DevTools, and basic knowledge of Database Administration (SQL).
• Infrastructure: Networking knowledge, Rest API, Linux/Bash, and basics of K8s, Docker, or VMs.
• Programming: Proficiency in any programming language.
• Methodology: Knowledge of SDLC, Scrum/Kanban, and experience with Jira or similar products.

What You'll get to do:

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to define and solve design problems
• Improve, support, and redesign existing product interfaces
• Design new features and interfaces from concept to final UI
• Create wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes

What You need to know:

• 2+ years of commercial experience as a UX Designer / Product Designer
• Strong understanding of UX principles, usability, and human-centered design
• Ability to balance functionality and visual quality in interface design

• Confident working independently and managing your own design tasks
• Ability to clearly articulate design decisions, including trade-offs and alternatives
