About the Role

We are looking for a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead and scale complex, cross-functional technical programs across Everstake’s infrastructure and product initiatives.

In this role, you will operate at a strategic level, owning large-scale programs that span multiple engineering teams, blockchain networks, and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for aligning technical execution with business goals, driving delivery excellence, and improving program management practices across the organization This role involves deep technical understanding, strong leadership skills, and experience managing highly complex, distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:
 

• Own and drive large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from planning to execution and delivery
   
• Coordinate multiple engineering teams (infrastructure, backend, DevOps, security) across parallel initiatives
   
• Define program scope, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
   
• Ensure alignment between technical execution and business priorities
   
• Identify and proactively manage risks, bottlenecks, and cross-team dependencies
   
• Drive continuous improvement of program management processes and delivery standards
   
• Facilitate decision-making at senior leadership and executive levels
   
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders clearly and effectively
   
• Act as a force multiplier for engineering productivity and organizational alignment
  
   Requirements (Must-Have):

• Extensive experience as a Technical Program Manager / Program Manager in complex technical environments
   
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multi-team technical programs
   
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and distributed systems
   
• Experience working closely with engineering, infrastructure, and DevOps teams
   
• Ability to deeply understand technical architecture and trade-offs (without being a hands-on engineer)
   
• Strong experience with risk management, dependency management, and delivery at scale
   
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive-level communication skills
   
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-ownership environments
   
• Fluent English (C1–C2)

Rust Blockchain Developer (Solana)

We are expanding our engineering team and looking for a Middle+ Solana Rust Developer to work on high-load, low-latency blockchain systems.About the Role

This role requires 
• Strong Rust expertise, solid Web3 fundamentals, and a deep interest in performance, reliability, and blockchain internals.What You’ll Do
• Design and develop backend services in Rust for:
Transaction creation, simulation, validation, and lifecycle management
Block-building and transaction sequencing logic

 Build and maintain integrations with on-chain and off-chain services, including:
• DEXs, swaps, bridges, staking protocols, RPC providers
• Work with Solana-specific transaction models, signing flows, and execution constraints
• Aggregate and process on-chain and off-chain data to support:
Analytics, dashboards, monitoring, and alerting systems
• Develop and maintain APIs and internal services for observability and operational tooling
• Optimize systems for low latency, high throughput, and fault tolerance
• Ensure security and correctness, especially in cryptographic operations and key management
• Participate in code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and maintain clear documentation
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, Product, and Web3 researchers

What We’re Looking For
• 3+ years of production experience with Rust, ideally in backend or systems programming
• Strong experience building high-load backend services
• Hands-on Web3 / blockchain experience, including:
•Transaction building and signing
- RPC interaction and node communication
- Cross-chain or multi-protocol integrations
• Solana experience is highly preferred, including familiarity with its transaction model
• Solid understanding of blockchain cryptography (ed25519, secp256k1)

Practical experience with:
- Redis
- Docker
- Monitoring and observability tools (Grafana or similar)

• Strong understanding of secure, scalable backend architecture
• Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
