    Everstake is seeking a proactive, self-driven Product Manager with a strong knowledge of blockchain technology.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the entire lifecycle of blockchain products, from research and hypothesis testing to launch and monetization.
    • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify gaps and opportunities in the blockchain data industry.
    • Define a clear product vision aligned with industry demands and regulatory trends.
    • Engage directly with potential clients to gather insights and integrate feedback into product development.
    • Manage project workflows by creating, assigning, and tracking tasks in task management systems (e.g., Jira, Redmine, Aha, Asana, Trello, Linear, Monday).
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including user stories, technical requirements, and process guidelines.
    • Utilize Agile methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Scrum) to ensure smooth collaboration and delivery.
    • Test and refine hypotheses to achieve product-market fit, identifying key metrics that promote adoption and customer satisfaction.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a data-driven, customer-focused approach to product creation.
    • Act as a product evangelist, representing Everstake as an innovator in blockchain data both internally and externally.

     

     

    Requirements:

    • Self-Starter with Ownership Mindset: Ability to work independently, taking full ownership of the product lifecycle from ideation to execution without constant direction.
    • Proven Product Expertise: At least 4 years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner, with a strong understanding of the product development process, especially for data-driven products. A track record of bringing successful products to market is a plus.
    • Data & Blockchain Knowledge: Solid experience in data products is essential; a background or understanding of blockchain technology is highly desirable.
    • SQL Knowledge: Basic proficiency in SQL and the ability to work with data queries is required.
    • Task Management Tools: Hands-on experience with task tracking systems such as Jira, Redmine, Aha, Asana, Trello, Linear, or Monday.
    • Research & Analytical Skills: Skilled in conducting thorough market and competitor research, and able to identify gaps and product opportunities. Experience in engaging with external research sources is a plus.
    • Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum), including sprint planning, retrospectives, and iterative development.
    • Visionary & Strategic Thinking: Capable of developing a data product vision that aligns with organizational goals, identifying critical data needs such as auditing, transaction data, and customer insights.
    • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, present to stakeholders, and engage effectively with team members. Maturity and professionalism are crucial.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with data teams, technology experts, and other business units to create data products that serve diverse organizational needs.

    Requirements

    Technical Background:

    • A degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of hands-on experience.

    Core Skills:

    • Experience working with *nix-like operating systems.
    • Strong knowledge and practical experience with Terraform, AWS, Kubernetes, and Helm.
    • Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines (GitLab CI, Jenkins).
    • Hands-on experience with GitLab CI (GitHub Actions is a plus).
    • Strong proficiency with Terraform, Ansible, and Helm.
    • Ability to write automation scripts using Bash, Python, Go, Rust, or JavaScript.
    • Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, and Zabbix.
    • Understanding of DevOps, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) methodologies.
    • Basic knowledge of network security and access control.

    About the Role
