We are seeking an experienced Lead .NET Engineer to join our team in developing a large-scale, innovative software solution. The project aims to improve efficiency, enable scalable operations, and deliver long-term value for clients. It leverages modern technologies and cloud infrastructure to provide robust, high-performance, and forward-looking features for users worldwide.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial experience with .NET (8+ years)
• Solid experience with frontend framework (mainly Angular or another, such as React/Vue)
• Proven experience with AWS
• Ability to define, own, and evolve system architecture
• Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines
• Strong skills in epic decomposition into technical tasks, including estimation and dependency management
• Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation

Leadership Skills:

• Proven experience leading multinational teams across multiple time zones
• Ownership and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies
• Experience conducting regular 1:1 meetings and supporting professional growth
• Ability to scale team collaboration and delivery processes
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation, both technical and delivery-related

• Own the technical direction and system architecture across .NET, Angular, and AWS
• Lead and coordinate a multinational, cross-functional team (BE, FE, Mobile, DevOps, QA) across multiple time zones

• Decompose epics into technical tasks, provide estimations, and manage dependencies
• Ensure code quality, scalability, security, and performance of the platform
• Identify and proactively mitigate technical and delivery risks
• Act as the primary technical advisor for the client, supporting architectural and strategic decisions

Requirements

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement:

• Hands-on experience owning the full pre-sales cycle: discovery, technical audits, proposals, and client presentations
• Track record of writing winning proposals and technical documentation from scratch
• Comfortable leading client conversations using the working backwards approach
• Ability to work independently or in small pre-sales teams

Technical Background:

• 7-10+ years in software development, solution architecture, technical product management, or similar roles
• Background in software development with hands-on coding experience (Java, JavaScript/Node.js, Python, C#, Go, or similar)
• Strong technical foundation to evaluate solutions, review architectures, and understand modern tech stacks
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and how to apply them to real business problems
• Solid grasp of architectural patterns (Microservices, DDD, CQRS, messaging) and when to use them
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Knowledge of security best practices and scalability considerations

Responsibilities

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement (primary focus):

• Own the end-to-end pre-sales process: discovery, requirements gathering, solution design, and proposals
• Conduct discovery sessions and technical audits with prospective clients
• Work closely with the sales team, solution architects, software engineers, and project managers during presale/discovery and initial project delivery stages
• Design high-level architectures and create solution blueprints for presentations
• Write comprehensive proposals and technical specifications that win business
• Act as both Business Analyst and Technical Architect during sales cycles
• Lead client conversations to align technical solutions with business outcomes
• Find pragmatic approaches to client challenges—focus on both short-term and long-term goals

Solution Architecture & Strategy:

• Make solution-level technology decisions and analyze their business impact

The project is a scheduling platform designed to help hospital Emergency Departments move from static staff planning to a dedicated, flexible scheduling system. The application is business-critical and must support rapid schedule changes, clear and well-structured data, and reliable reporting within a healthcare environment.
