About the Role:
We are an innovative startup in its early stages, looking to build a dynamic sales team from the ground up. As a Remote Sales & Lead Generation Manager, you will be a key player in establishing our sales pipeline and driving business growth on freelance platforms such as Freelance Hunt and Upwork. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape our sales strategy and directly impact our market expansion.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation:
- Identify and target potential clients on various freelance platforms and other digital channels
- Develop strategies to attract high-quality leads and expand our client base
- Sales & Outreach:
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, presenting our services in a compelling and professional manner
- Conduct follow-ups, nurture relationships, and convert leads into sales
- Manage the complete sales cycle from initial outreach to deal closure
- Strategy & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the founding team to refine and optimize sales tactics and lead generation strategies
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to help shape our overall strategy
- Reporting & Analysis:
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system
Monitor key performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure targets are met
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or lead generation, ideally within a startup or digital environment
- Strong communication skills with a solid command of English (Upper-Intermediate or higher); additional languages are a plus
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven with excellent organizational skills
- Comfortable working remotely and managing time efficiently
Familiarity with freelance marketplaces like FreelanceHunt and Upwork is an advantage
