We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize our LinkedIn advertising campaigns. The main objective is to generate qualified leads, attract potential clients, and increase brand awareness among relevant international audiences.

This is a part-time, remote position focused on LinkedIn advertising.

Responsibilities :

• Set up, launch, and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns.
• Develop and implement LinkedIn Ads strategies.
• Identify and target relevant B2B audiences across different markets.
• Create, test, and optimize advertising campaigns and creatives.
• Monitor advertising budgets and campaign performance.
• Analyze key metrics, lead quality, and conversion rates.
• Prepare regular performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with the internal team to align advertising activities with business objectives.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Experience in B2B lead generation.
• Understanding of audience segmentation and targeting.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize advertising budgets.
• Experience working with international markets will be an advantage.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• English proficiency sufficient for working with international audiences and advertising content.

We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented Client / Account Manager who will become the first point of contact for clients of our online banking/payment system and take full ownership of the onboarding journey — from initial inquiry to account activation.

This role is ideal for someone who is responsive, organized, and focused on delivering results.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming client requests (account opening, payment solutions)
Consult clients and help them choose the most suitable solutions
Guide clients through the entire onboarding process
Communicate with banks, payment providers, and internal teams
Maintain CRM records and track application statuses
Work with LinkedIn: respond to inquiries and build relationships with potential clients
Convert leads into active clients and ensure successful onboarding

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in client-facing roles (account management, sales, onboarding)
Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Experience in fintech, banking, or payments is a strong advantage

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager (SMM) who can take full ownership of the company’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok, create engaging content, and strengthen brand awareness through effective digital communication.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop the company’s social media accounts on LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
• Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with the company’s business goals.
• Create high-quality and engaging content, including posts, visuals, short-form videos, Reels, and TikTok videos.
• Develop and maintain a consistent content calendar across all platforms.
• Adapt content to the specific audience, format, and communication style of each platform.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning and messaging across all social media channels.
• Monitor audience engagement, respond to comments and messages, and grow the company’s online presence.
• Track social media performance, analyze key metrics, and recommend improvements.

• Stay up to date with social media trends and best practices in fintech, crypto, and payments.

   

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an SMM Manager (portfolio is mandatory).
• Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok accounts professionally.
• Strong content creation, copywriting, and storytelling skills.
• Understanding of platform-specific content strategies and audience engagement.
• Experience creating short-form video content is an advantage.
• Understanding of B2B marketing and brand positioning.
• Experience in fintech, crypto, payments, or financial services is an advantage.

Основні обов’язки:

Аналіз видимості конкурентів на AI-платформах та визначення можливостей для посилення присутності бренду.
Оптимізація контенту сайту для підвищення ймовірності згадування та цитування компанії у відповідях AI-систем.
Пошук можливостей для збільшення зовнішніх згадок і цитувань бренду на релевантних ресурсах.
Дослідження запитів потенційних клієнтів до AI-платформ і формування переліку запитань для регулярного моніторингу.
Відстеження видимості бренду, аналіз результатів і підготовка рекомендацій щодо покращення.
Виявлення технічних і контентних можливостей для підвищення видимості компанії в AI-пошуку.

Вимоги:

Практичний досвід роботи з GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) та оптимізацією видимості брендів у відповідях AI-платформ.
Розуміння принципів формування AI-відповідей, згадок і цитувань брендів.
Навички аналізу конкурентів, дослідження запитів і моніторингу результатів GEO-просування.
Аналітичне мислення, уважність до деталей та вміння працювати з інформацією.
Хороший рівень письмової англійської мови.
Уміння самостійно організовувати роботу, визначати пріоритети та пропонувати рішення.
