Setting up employees remote work (user and accesses administration)
Troubleshooting support for the team
Supporting and developing Asterisk VoIP system
Maintaining quality control through establishing and maintaining technical operations standards
Providing knowledge and training on products to internal team
Managing internal IT infrastructure
Recommending information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating previous build outs; identifying problems; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements
Qualifications
The perfect candidate will thrive on technology and have experience administrating and supporting systems. You’re a great match if you possess fantastic troubleshooting skills, driven to help customers and have the ability to dive deep into a new product to learn it inside and out.
Basic knowledge of various browser and mobile platforms
Technical support experience
Basic understanding of web programming languages (PHP, JavaScript)
Basic knowledge of UNIX commands (for search, and other command line features)
Hands-on experience with MySQL database, administration/configuration/performance optimization/replication/mirroring
Practical knowledge of Active Directory
Higher education (IT)
Technical experience with operating systems (Windows, OSX, and Linux)
Understanding Network Basics: VPN, Firewalls, Routing and Switching
Redmine and PBX administration is a great plus
Ability to work with EST time-zone
Intermediate English or higher
Required personal qualities:
You must be accurate, responsive, analytical
Excellent organization skills - You must be able to prioritize work based on current business requirements
Analysis and logical problem-solving skills
A passion for software
A desire to learn, master and teach

Job Description
Customer Service Representative is responsible for delivering the highest level of customer care in the company and building strong lasting relationships with our customers. This work can be performed remotely with a laptop and a good internet connection.
Daily activities include:
Help customers on the phone, by email, and via chat. Some questions require research and technical knowledge of computers, networks, routers, and TVs
Process orders and payments in the CRM system
Comply with company's rules
Troubleshoot basic technical issues with Set-Top-Boxes and networks
Work as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistently exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment
Qualifications
Customer Service Representative must have natural diplomatic skills, tact, and patience to deal with all kinds of situations or customers. The good news is that we have many happy customers!
Required skills and experience:
Must be fluent in Polish, Russian and English
Be natural caretaker
Be practical, compassionate, caring, and motivated to help others
Great communication, listening skills, and positive attitude
Knowledge of the computers, networks, and CRM software
A University degree is recommended but is not necessary
It's a big plus if you read Delivering Happiness by Zappos CEO Tony Hsieh
